Horrendous service! The employees on duty forgot nearly everything in our party’s order. They brought out wrong milkshake twice before getting it right. One person in my party never received their milkshake, and we had to remind the staff to make it 15 minutes after ordering it. My burger had things left of it and had to be corrected. We received 2 orders of fries when one of them was supposed to be onion rings. The staff was visibly upset and overwhelmed. There was no communication going on between the employees. There were only 2 other parties seated besides mine at the time, and yet they struggled immensely with such a small group. All of all the burgers were completely saturated in grease and very bland, but they charge gourmet prices. I paid $40 for 2 basic cheeseburgers, 2 sides of fries (one was supposed to be onion rings), and a milkshake that tasted plastic. Everything is a la carte so a regular side of fries is $4.50 before tax. Very overpriced, adequate service is simply non-existent, and the food quality is poor. There are several better places for a burger in the immediate area. I will not be returning.

Burgers, fries, onion rings are good. Shakes are ok but plenty of better places in the area for a milk shake. Not much of a selection if you wanted something other than a burger. Inside is clean but the floor can get greasy and slippery so be careful walking around inside. Probably not my first choice for a cheeseburger but I do go here every once in a while. Prices are high.

I love this restaurant but the service we received tonight was unacceptable. The restaurant closes at 9pm. We walked in at 8:50pm and stood a few minutes before we were greeted. Once we were greeted we were told that the cook may not want to make anything else because the restaurant closes in 10 minutes. Understand this we were not going to dine in We were going to place our order to go. I understand how it is working in restaurants but if the business sign says open and it doesnt close until a certain time why would we be refused service. I would understand if the time the business closed was 8:50pm but we had 10 minutes. We told the young lady it was fine and we walked out. They locked the doors right behind us so that no one else could walk in even though they still had 2 occupied tables and it was not 9pm. I am very big on customer service but I will not be dining back at this location.

Wayback was a good burger. They were made to order and very tasty. The onion rings were excellent and you have to try the mac and chees bites! We were there on a busy Saturday evening and despite being short handed, our orders were prepared quickly and accurately.

I wish I took pictures of the food. Had the classic burger and full fries. The burger was hot and juicy all the toppings were then in the correct amount. The bun was hot and toasty. The fries omg the fries. When they say full fries they mean it. In some places the difference between regular fries and large "full" is a few fries. Yes clown boy I am talking about you. You get double the fries. Customer service was top notch even the manager/owner came out and checked on everyone. My new go-to hamburger place. Cost about the same as other chains but 10 times better.

Not what I expected. Sonics is better!! Nice restaurant. This past weekend was our first visit. We went inside to place our order and sat upfront waiting to be called. We waited almost thirty minutes there was only 1 family before us, no other customers inside. I decided to ask the waitress about my orders because I saw the cooks had stopped working in the back. She went in the back and brought back this greasy paper bag and handed us our order. All the fries we cold and the buns were cheap with no flavor. I was so disappointed for the cost and time, it wasnt worth it.Im writing this review because I will never return. Sometimes a nice fancy burger joint isn't any better than the cheaper ones!

The food was absolutely delectable. A perfect burger. Wanda made a sinfully delicious strawberry banana shake and her service was phenomenal. Would've given 5 stars but somehow felt eerily chilly reception...mgmt not very friendly. However, maybe it's his personality. I'm wishing there was a location in the Vista... they'd give Mark's Grill a real run for their money.

Was my first time here. My daughter wanted a burger so I thought let's give it a try. Burger was made with perfection! Fries weren't to salted or not salted enough, they were perfect. and milkshake wasn't as thick as I hoped but was still good non the less. Can't wait to bring the whole family next time!

This place is so filling! It has the best burgers and milkshakes ever. There was a new cashier and she was very nice and helpful, since it was my first time here. Would go again. Despite the bad reviews, you should try this place out!

The food and customer service are wonderful here
