I brought my 6 year old here for her birthday because it was where she wanted to go. They "accidentally" made 2 waffles and gave one to her sister and her and also made it into a minnie mouse head for her. Then they went over to the jukebox and played "happy birthday from waffle house" on the jukebox. The staff was absolutely amazing on 05/20/2022 around 5:30pm. I was blown away by how amazing they were. None of this was asked or expected they just did this because our 6 year old went around telling everyone why she was wearing a crown.
Went to work at 3:00 pm on Sunday April 24, got off around 1 am on Monday the 25th. stopped by this location around 1:30 am to grab something to go, as I was just ready to get home. I went inside, saw 4 people working, told the female server that I wanted to place a to go order, only to be told they were only doing dine in orders. There were 2 booths with customers, and someone sitting at the counter. They were not busy at all. You could plainly see the to go trays on the shelf behind the female, but you will only cook an order if I eat inside??? I could only imagine how many customers were turned away for the same reason. I could maybe understand this if they were packed, but there wasn't hardly anyone there. Not to mention that one of the customers in a booth was putting his food (maybe what he didn't eat) in a to go box to take with him. This location obviously doesn't need the business so I will never waste my time here again.
The waitress got the orders mixed up, but she was so nice, and so was the cook. Because of them I have to give them the full 5 stars.
Music was blaring so loud you couldn't hear the waiter. I asked them to turn it down. The said the remote was locked in the office. We know that there is a way to turn it down on the back. As we have touch tunes at our place. Still refused to turn it down. Horrible experience got food wrong. Will not be back. Went to use the bathroom and no toilet paper in there.
Well. It's the waffle house. this one has pretty nice customer service. ? service was timely. All items were hot. Cost was about the same..all out a clean restaurant, clean restrooms, everyone in uniform. 4/5 stars.
Nice people, wasnt too impressed by the grill operator announcing how he just got done blowing snot and boogers out his nose while washing up to prepare some of my food. Just thought it was kinda rude.

Well I can't say that I had an experience I came in the door there was only three tables actually available to sit in and the table was dirty so I decided to clean it obviously was a bad idea because the waitress let me know I'm known certain times that wasn't supposed to do that well if she had done her job I wouldn't have had to do it for her. And then we sit there for at least 10 minutes and get told that there is no cooking being done at the present time and it is only because we're there there's another Booth or two of people that are now getting food probably while we're leaving to go somewhere else to eat so you are going to get the review you deserve because you don't deserve a review.
This Waffle House is good. I just had food from there three days ago. It was good. Waffle House is always good and dependable. You know exactly what you're going to get.
