I had Strawberry Studded French toast rolls. They were decent. We all know bacon is greasy. I'm on the fence when bacon is crispy but too greasy I cannot enjoy the crispness of the bacon. This is the first place I've sat down in to eat since the pandemic. I enjoyed the meal. Would go back again for lunch or dinner.
Where do I begin with this horrible experience? I know everywhere is short staff and stressful but today was horrible . My family tired to treat me to a lovely Mother’s Day dinner on May 8th , 2022. But was quite uneventful. We waited 2 hrs food for food that never came . Waitress was not equipped to handle a busy day and did a horrible job with everything. We got bread before we received cutlery and no water . After waiting for more than 1hr the General Manger approaches our table “ and rudely “ asked us to be patience. “ I have never ?? in my life have a manger rudely tell customers to be more patient when we have waited more than 2hr. at that point with no food and nearly getting refills on drinks. This was our 1st time trying this restaurant and my last. The wait was horrible and having 2 little kids hungry and wanting to eat made it even worst . But the worst part of it all was how the General Manager approached our table with his rudeness. I didn’t see his name but his jacket said “General Manager” “ African American male . He was extremely rude . I will never ?? come back to this restaurant ever again . He needs to go back to class 101 for training on how to approach customers. And another thing bathroom was nasty with no toilet paper.. I normally won’t attach a picture. But on this case I will so he will know exactly who is giving this complaint .
We spent the night in Lexington on our way to the Masters . Noticed on trip advisor this restaurant so decided to try it out. Karlynn was our delightful waitress and we also met Justin the very friendly helpful Manager. I had Veal Parmesan and my wife had a Salmon Pasta meal . Both were excellent and one meal would have been enough for two. Turned out to be a great choice .Wished we lived closer for a second visit .
We went on a Friday night with a group of 8. Our waitress Shelby was great. We ordered Italian nachos, calamari, and the crab cake appetizers for the table. All of the appetizers were delicious. For our entrees I ordered Pan Roasted Chicken and my husband ordered the Braised Beef Rigatoni. The chicken was so crispy and flavorful. I’m usually not crazy about brussel spouts, but these were fried and I loved them. The beef in the rigatoni was tender. We ordered some drinks from the bar and a few bottles of wine. The Tequila Sunset martini was my favorite. On Friday nights they have live Jazz. Great atmosphere. Great mood.
My wife and I were with a large group of friends on a Friday night. There were 2 reservations made at separate times for the group. This created a dilemma because our tables were far apart. The manager, Justin Owens, was able to accommodate us eventually. The restaurant was full of customers. Unfortunately we had a long wait for our dinner. I have to give a shout out to the manager for his professional attitude and making things happen. With that said, I will always recommend this restaurant for the food and atmosphere.
Mark was our server, and recommended the special Lamb which was prepared very well and served at the right time for it to mature to a proper light medium and remain very tender and juicy. Mark accommodated our every question and helped me find and navigate the website, which was confusing since it takes you to Leesburg,VA unless you /Lexington,SC. Overall , very happy , even the creme Brule was carmelized without burning, just right. I understand , we chose Friday Feb 11th for our Valentine Dinner , and we're lucky to have gotten booth ! Saturday is booked up solid . Justin, O/O , stopped by, accepted a challenge to remember our names next month, so we will see if that happens ? We are definitely trying some wines, Vino....the list is complete ! on our next visit. Check out the huge strawberry on the dessert ! Yes, large ones have less flavor, but allows a bite for bite with the dessert . Sorry, Lamb was so appetizing, didn't stop to snap a photo...Thanks Mark and Justin ✌
We tried Travinia for the first time tonight. We thorough enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We had top notch service from Jess and enjoyed chatting with the owner Justin. What a great place. You won’t be disappointed with their menu or cocktails! Easy enough to reserve a table as well. Thanks for a great night out! Looking forward to coming back for some live music and happy hour!
We absolutely loved this place! I give 5 stars based on quality and portion size of our entrees, cleanliness including the bathroom, atmosphere, large dining room which is very nice and not overly stated. They have a very large bar as well. Pictured entrees are pan seared chicken (huge portion) very tender, seasoned nicely. Chicken Parmesan, includes two large breast, and the flounder with mac and cheese. All three of our dishes were very tasty, hot when they arrived at our table. Our server did a great job. He seemed worried our meal was taking some time to come out but we were not in a hurry. We enjoyed live music this Saturday evening. Reservations are your best option. I try to give honest opinions about my dining experiences and this is a great place. Let me say it is not overly priced. You get what you pay for. Do try this spot.
the food is excellent.....the service is still awful ! we love the food and the price is mid range.......but the service is awful !!!
Very poor PR and organization. A group/ club made a reservation ahead of time. We had to wait an hour and a half for each dish delivered to the table at all different times . So another words someone got theirs are it before the next one came out, not as a group. Not once did a manager come out to explain or apologize. This was a week day too. I would not under any circumstances return. Advice-If you are planning an event look elsewhere.
