The staff should be required to maintain certain hygiene standards. One of the cashiers had noticeably dirty hands and nails, and they handled the bagging of food and plasticware.Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and Shrimp - the shrimp was undercooked and made me sick.
I usually love Tokyo grill. BUT I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. Spent almost 30 dollars on food and had a long black hair in my food. I work in the restaurant business and that’s just awful. Do better. I promise I will never be back. And I know it wasn’t mine I have blonde hair. Wish I had took a picture of it but unfortunately I threw up all in my plate after noticing the hair. Thanks a lot.
Appreciated the presentation of food today. Ordered steak, shrimp, chicken plate. Each food was neatly separate over the rice. Was good to see that there was decent amount of each item and vegetables on plate. Ordered side of gyozas. All food was appropriately temperature hot.
I have been here several times within the last year or so and everytime I come in this one and ask to cook my chicken and steak fresh that I will pay extra for that and they never will... they always say that they just cooked the stuff under hot lamp. Well if it is just cooked why is my steak and chicken so tough to chew??
So I come here 3 to 4 times a week off and on over the past 2 Yrs or so . The food has always been good . The problem now is they are being really cheap on there meal portions . I noticed the last few times of coming here that they are just giving less and less food . So I said something to them and they were nice but even gave me less then last time . So at this point I’m absolutely not coming back here . I just place my order(Mibyi Jr . Express) and the food is plenty and it’s delicious!!!! This will be my go to place now! The food is much better . There in the Walmart shopping center on sun set blvd in Lexington
Food not as great still, isnt there a dehec rule about having dine in if no bathrooms are available for public to use? Fried rice was plain with black pepper added.. Chicken terriyaki sauce was gross and underflavored for suck dry big chunks of chicken. Squash was good. Spring rolls like eating chicken soup with lots of pepper.
Absolutely no flavor!! We use to enjoy Tokyo grill, but this was our first time in months and it was terrible. Will not return. No seasoning on chicken, steak or rice and white sauce had no flavor at all.
Steak was a bit tough. But good flavors. Chicken was good, so were shrimp.

I usually love Tokyo Grill in other locations but this one here disappoints every time. I'll try any business twice just to make sure I didn't come on a bad day the first time. Well after trying this Tokyo Grill location 3 different times. They can never get my money again. The amount of food you get for the price if ridiculous. I mean if I wanted a kid meal I would ask for just that. It's like you ensuring to monitor the amount of food you give me but the price done match. Get it together please.
