What a difference the crew on duty makes!Saturday, we ate lunch there about the same time, and it was excellent. Order was correct, side cups of cheese were full of the right kind of cheese, and my grilled burrito was great.Today, though, they overcharged us $3.98 for drinks, and both the side orders of cheese and my burrito were much smaller. There was almost nothing in one of my wife's tacos at all.Cashier rang up the wrong drinks--medium instead of the free senior drinks, and refused to refund even part of the difference. Her bad.

Good experience. Easy to order at the drive through. I still think some change should be made to avoid the cracking that happens with a hard taco at the base, but until then it's fine.

Friendly Service. Food hot and didn’t wait long. Nicest one I’ve been to in a while thanks to Ms Cook.

Not that polite. Did not get extra sauce. They gave me back incorrect change, and when I parked to give them back the extra $5 the door was locked even though it said they should be open. When the person came to the door after I knocked, still not polite, well not until I told them I was giving them money back. It's a taco bell though, you get what you pay for employee wise.The food was good though.

I wish inside were open more consistently and that my taco shells were not broken half the time.

I went through drive thru and as soon as I put my window down, I was hit with the smell of marijuana and caught me off guard and I said omg I smell pot. I guess the attendant heard my exclamation . I ordered and was treated rudely even though I apologized. The attendant took my card and handed it back without a receipt and another person handed me my drinks and then my food without a thank you or a bye. They closed the window and turned away like I didn't even matter nor did their jobs matter either. I know working is irritating at times but geez I worked a 12 hour day and for pennies but I can smile and I can say thank you.i told my kids never ever ask for taco bell again especially that one. I'm sickened by the entire experience

Used to be my go-to for quick tacos and burritos. Then they took away the $1 beef burritos and added a $2 beefy melt burrito in its place. Unfortunately the new burrito is terrible. They added sour cream and Fritos? to the burrito making it borderline inedible. I questioned how they can double the price and offer a worse burrito and their answer was “you can request those items not be on your burrito”. So I said sure I’ll request the new items out and then it’ll be fine. Wrong. The burrito, even without these new additions, is bad. Poorly constructed and whatever they did to the beef it’s not even close to the same meal. I used to be a patron a few times a week because of my busy work schedule (sometimes lunch and mostly take home for a quick dinner for my wife and kids when I work late) but my wife and I won’t get them anymore and I’ve stopped going all together because I can’t support a business feeling good about offering a substantially worse product for double the price. The first time I questioned the move I heard the manager scream from the kitchen “it has more stuff on it!!!!!”. Nope. Not my kind of place anymore.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star. This is the worst location I have ever been to.We ordered online (paid and everything) and headed to pick up. When we got there they said they didn’t have our order.The female supervisor told us to sit in our car until they got our order instead of just making it right then and there. She refused to give us our food even though we were showing everything she asked for as proof that we did order and pay.We had to order our food all over again and pay AGAIN. She said they couldn’t give us a refund that we would have to do it online, that they don’t have any control over the online orders?
