SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!
The past 6 times me and my family went to eat there no matter what you order they put chipotle on it. Order 5 cheesy bean and rice burrito they put chipotle on all them instead of cheese. Ordered my 2 year old a cheese quesadilla and they put chipotle on it. I think whoever is making the food is confusing the chipotle with the liquid cheese.
Floors were nasty, spilled food all over them.Tables weren't cleanQuesadilla was scorched
Just had the most awesome experience here, the young man was so nice. Everything came out exactly as we ordered - hot & fresh! It was really good
Had high hopes for this place, its lost my business perfectly. I had to go in due to drive thru being slammed, waited inside for 30 minutes without even being acknowledged, and left. Do better taco bell, do better
This place is always a hit or miss. Tonight it was great. The young lady working the drive thru was very friendly. Average waiting time (I don't mind a wait if it's for fresh(er) food). Food was great. I didn't care that they were out of lettuce (we were told before ordering also). The young lady working the drive thru forgot to put any sauce packets in our bags but $hit happens so we went back through and she got the packets for us. No complaints. :)
Huge shout out tonight 1-14-22Line was very long wrapped around the building appeared to have maybe 3 workers working not only was our food hot and fresh the employees were kind and courteous and friendly from ordering to pick up window. Times are tough and staffing is short and these guys were awesome tonight. Just wanted to post this by this location is often given a bad rap. Thank you guys!
Last time I went, they got my order completely wrong then didn't answer when I called multiple times. This time when I went, I checked first. Everything was right, aside from them leaving out my cinnamon twists. But every single item was cold, like they didn't heat it up at all. Every time I go here there is a problem, but Taco Bell is so good I keep hoping it will get better. It doesn't get better, not at this location.
Hate that they put a person outside, I go through drive thru because I don't want someone close to me. Also how are you doing to order without a menu??? What's the point in having a big menu if I can't use it lol I don't want to have someone close to my car. Horrible idea
Picked up some beef burritos, soft shell tacos and cinnamon twists. Delicious and great prices as well
