Food was fresh app was not working so I couldn't get my coupon to work

Our visit was one of the best. Our sandwich maker was great Kayla Martin does a super job. She was very polite. Nice store very clean and fully stocked, nice to see. Many others stores should visit and see what stores should look like. Great job
Well, for one thing, there appears to be all new management and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE wore a mask. They claim to take this pandemic serious and they lie in their advertising by saying all employees are maxed. Try NONE! Won't return. They are out of so many things. One star.

They’re out of half the things I wanted then charge more for a substitution. Explain that, you’re out of all cheese except American and mozzarella then charge me $1.50 each for mozzarella because you don’t have provolone? Nah I won’t be back here.
Apparently I go everytime someone is having a bad day or either the manager does not know how to hire smiling faces. This last time was enough to put me here on reviews. She was so rude telling me my sandwich that I get all the time was not customizable. Steak and cheese melt. I eat subway at least 3 r 4 times a week whether lunch or dinner and have alway customized my sandwich. When I questioned it she then started slamming things on my sandwich rolling her eyes and just being all out RUDE! I would say I'll never be back but the reason I gave 3 stars is only because I can watch them make my food. So unfortunately I will be back but might take my business to the Walmart subway.
