All the employees are very friendly but the drinks are so inconsistent. I’ll definitely make the drive to another location as the last 3 times I have been here I have poured my coffee out because it was so nasty
This Starbucks usual has a line. It moves fast and food and coffee is always fresh.
Me and my mom ordered from here once and the line was going into the highway.......... we werent able to really be in line lol sooo we talked to the management and they never refunded us... Got free water from here once though it was really good lol i know that sounds like a wacky comment but lots of the time this south carolina water be tasting like grass.
Standard Starbucks. Good control. Drinks come out as they should. Happy overall with overall experience everytime we have been.
When you don't want to get out of your vehicle, ordering ahead and drive through for pickup is the way to go. Very efficient, even if the drive thru is busy, it is quick and same quality of food and drink.
We visit here regularly. Sadly, this new crew of employees are not as friendly. And when they made our drink incorrectly- it looked and tasted wrong, the girl argued with me that it looked right and it was fine. They remade it because I insisted. And it was still wrong. They forgot the espresso BOTH times.
Fast service, very kind barista - said hello to my dog and gave her a birthday treat!
Stopped in the busy ‘on the way to school’ drive thru rush and they were out of what we wanted, but the SWEET barista taking our order went above and beyond and recommended a tweak to a drink they DID have that would make it what we wanted…. And not only was it the perfect substitute, but she left the sweetest note letting us know she hoped we liked it on the lid. Made our whole morning! Thanks for going above and beyond!
Waited over 25 minutes for our drinks. Seasonal drinks advertised and not available. Out of whip topping for hot chocolate.
Always enjoy a well made Statbucks beverage.
