If it were possible to give a 0 star rating I would do so, but unfortunately I have to give 1. I have been coming to this Starbucks for approximately 5 months and have absolutely loved the service that I had been receiving until today. This morning, I ordered a Grande hot Caramel Macchiato at the drive thru. When I got up to the window I was greeted by the cashier Hunter. When he handed me the cup, I noticed that there was a red stain on the cup and lid that looked like lipstick. I quickly pointed this out to him and asked if he could put my coffee in a clean cup. He consulted with another employee and said sure. A few minutes later, he handed me my cup and I began driving off. When I reached the exit I looked at the cup only to find that it was the EXACT same cup and lid with the same red stain on it! I was horrified, but on my way to work and in a hurry, so I didn't have time to go back. I discarded the coffee when I reached work because I was afraid to drink it. This act was very unsanitary and may have put me at risk! When I first noticed the stain I should have just asked for a refund and left.I am upset and very disappointed. I am appalled that anyone would even THINK of doing something like this to anyone! I was expecting great service as usual, however, that was not delivered today and I am now disgusted with this location.
Love it! Great frappecinnos, however on saturdays its packed and they really need a bigger parking lot because sometimes the line goes all the way out into the road and in the median of the road. (and its a really busy street because its right across from Walmart)
The absolute slowest Starbucks in the country. It's consistently terrible, so much so that I timed my last drive thru visit. From the time of ordering at the box to getting my drink at the window, I sat in the drive thru line for 14 minutes. NOT including the time spent waiting to place my order. The only reason they are still in business is because there isn't another good coffee shop in the immediate area.
I believe this is the best Starbucks place among all. The staff here is always friendly. Most importantly, it doesn't matter what you order, the drinks always taste the best, compared with the other Starbucks places. I and my husband love to drive down to here very much even though we got one just across our home.
Horrible customer service. I went into the lobby and waited at least 5 minutes before I was ever acknowledged just to be told I have to go thru the drive thru. 3 ladies working look d at me several times and never said a word and someone came from the back to tell me. I realized everyone is short staffed right now but one of the three ladies could have acknowledged me and just said we're sorry you have to go through the drive-thru. pretty simple task.
Usually quite a long wait time and seem to be out of a lot of things recently. The line for the drive thru sometimes spills into the main road of Augusta Highway which can be frustrating sometimes. The interior, however, is quite nice.
I ordered for a in store pick up and I walk up to door its locked! I never do drive thru for one the line is always long. So there for I had to sit in a very long line.. my drink was watered down after it had been made early for in store pick up website did not say anything about no in store pick up..
