Was first told meal had to be with a minimum medium size drink. Then was handed the wrong order. Then drive thru guy forgot we even ordered food. Also forgot the spoons and sauce. Oh and was given a piece of bread as “toast.” Also your employees were cussing loudly. Worst experience at a sonic ever.
Extremely unprofessional, cussing loudly as I was in the drive thru. Gave us the wrong drinks then forgot we ordered food. Not to mention the bug in my drink.
Milkshake was too thick. My wife had to add almond milk even after getting home from Sonic to try to drink it.
Poor management. Management yells at employees in front of customers. Food is good though, corporate should step up and take notice, send someone to management classes
I go to this sonic twice a week at least, it’s slow but the customer service is nice and I know they try hard. Tonight when I got home I drank my whole root beer and found this when I was eating ice ??. Not cool, so people please check your food and drinks from her.
I sat in line for 20 minutes to place my order. I placed my order then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes to get to the window for them to tell me ghey stopped serving ice cream. Will not spend another dime at this establishment! Poorly managed.

Love this location been coming here since it opened. Had an issue with a girl at the window having an attitude with me but the manager on duty(shout out to Aubrey) handled it very professional and to be so young. So keep at it girl. But overall great service great food.
I dont know if they are having problems finding ppl to work or what. But the kids they are hiring either are deaf or just dont care about what ppl order. They repeat what you order but give you something not what you ordered. It has happened so much i feel like the manager there needs to go back and retrain all the people they have working under them. Its get worse and worse each time.
We only get the ice cream, but it was good as always, staff was pretty on top of things also.
