Absolutely awful. Literally all of it. The whole town wishes we could get Allen back. It's run by 12yr olds that don't care and don't smile. Service is slow, food is either wrong, cold, or messed up when you get it. My 5yr old's corn dog looks like an actual shoe stepped on it and her kids meal never had a drink. The slushies are almost always wrong or sit on the counter until they feel like bringing it out to you, even when you order on the mobile app. If they forget a straw and you ask for one, they'll go get one with a complimentary eye roll on top. Someone pretty please go be an actual adult and train these kids on customer service and the food service industry. Thank you.
Went thru and got dinner for my family tonight and was very disappointed. The lady that took my order was rude. I get to the window to pay, and receive my receipt, only to find that the sandwich I ordered was rung up wrong. I also paid for bacon to be on that burger and did not get it. It was supposed to be no tomato as well, get home to open it and find that it had tomato on it but they just took it off. What would have happened if my husband or I would have been allergic? I also ordered a chicken strip sandwich, only mustard, get home and open it, it had tomato. Tried to call up to the store, got no answer. I'm not a complainer, but I expect my food to be made how I order it. The only pleasent thing about going there tonight, was the young man who was at the window. He was very polite and nice. Will not be going to this location again.

Waited...tapped on the drive thru window...No Response.I don't know who manages this particular Sonic, but, I will tell Anyone who listens not to spend their money there.Not Another Penny!
Very bad service. It took 35 minutes for 6 mini shakes. Workers were just hanging around in back and were very rude. One had a young child on their hip while taking orders. The child was running around in the back. Very unsanitary.
Ur bacon on bacon sandwich. The pictures on tv and on ur sign show that it's bigger than what you get. The onions ring was delicious.
They don't understand when you asked them to give you a chili dog without the weenie. They just cannot comprehend that you do not want the weenie in the bun. I have asked them several times not to put the weenie in the bun it doesn't matter they put it in there anyways. I don't understand why they insist on fixing your food the way they want to.
We had the Double Stuf Oreo cone, and two different sizes of their blast of the same flavor, excellent as always! We usually go to this one at least once a week, wonderful service, excellent food and prompt delivery to your vehicle!
We always make sure to go to Sonic on Sunday afternoons. We chose the Red Bank location because we were on our way from a birthday party. We ordered a mango slush with nerds, oreo blast, cookie dough blast, 2 hot fudge sundaes, and a strawberry shake. Everyone was pleased with their dessert. As always, they loaded my blast down with cookie dough. Service was great as well.
Talk about a company ran by kids with attitudes. The world knows you are short staffed and doing your best. Try to put a smile on when it comes to your understanding paying customers.
This location is HORRIBLE. They gave me cold food. Got a strawberry milkshake and it had peanut butter stuff at the bottom. The girl working was vaping. They are very unsanitary to say that they work with food. This location have absolutely no structure at all!
