Been coming stopping here for at least six years usually after my Motorcycle rides before heading home, Mr Bob must go through a vetting process while interviewing his staff and his picks never disappoint me. What you get is Customer service with smiles and a group of people that make you feel good! Today i stopped in on my way to work to grab a breakfast sandwich $4.29 I had four singles and a twenty dollar bill looked at the girl and said looks like its gonna be one of those days. She said I got this and gave me a dollar out of her pocket. never caught her name but i will remember this and pay it forward! Thank You
Bob is always so rude when he takes mine or my wife’s order. We ordered a super Sonic breakfast burrito with no meat. We had to repeat it at least 6 times and he got such an attitude like it was our fault he didn’t understand we wanted no meat on it. Then he cut us off and we didn’t finish our order.We were just so done at this point. Horrible customer service.
This Sonic store is one of the best. The food is always hot and prepared just the way you ordered it. The corn dogs are delicious, and the cheese coneys are very tasty.Use the app to place your order in advance, let it know when you get there and find an empty slot. The curb hop will bring you the order in no time!Enjoy!
Felt ver disrespected as a customer today at Sonic. Bob the managing partner was the one at the window taking orders. When I placed my order he laughed through the microphone at me. At the window he didn’t speak took my card for my order and never gave a receipt when he gave the card back. The sonic blast that I ordered was loaded down with smokers candy which isn’t what I asked for. Very disappointed especially with the head man taking orders.
Waited 30 minutes to even order and i couldn’t leave the line because of how narrow it is. was told that ice cream machine is down which is fine so i ordered a large slushee and Medium tater tots w sonic sauce. To my surprise when i get home i see french fries!! they couldn’t even get the sauce right? how are you gonna reread me an orderer than get it wrong.
Went to the Sonic on Columbia Ave Saturday night around 10:30 and was served food not fit to eat. We ordered the BBQ popcorn chicken and they were hard as rocks and only had a small dollop of sauce in the middle of it. I could not eat them. We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster. Another disaster, the burger was cold. So cold the cheese would not melt. It was inedible as well. The tater tots were cold and the containers were less than 1/2 full. To top this off, we had to pull up and wait on this mess. What a waste of $23…total rip off!!!
It's an old Sonic but it is still serving good Sonic food. It's moving to a new location close by within the year.
If you don't have the app, get it. Really easy and $$rewarding. Don't have to wait in line and I really enjoy being able to see all the different options of extras.
Food is ok, servers seemed very inexperienced. The only thing I enjoyed about the food was the slushy.
Went for our 3 year old's birthday. We were alone in the dining room and everyone treated us very well!!
