Very friendly staff who are eager to tale your order with made to order food that arrives to the counter fast, fresh and hot.

Paid $38.00 for two double chili cheese burgers with no sodas on Sunday May 22nd at the drive through. Had my receipt, paid cash and also had my ticket order number. Called on Sunday and said they would replace. Called today, Tuesday, and they can't find the ticket number. I'll never go back. Thanks for your service.
Dining room should be open for people who deliver (like doordash) so we can run inside and grab our orders. we shouldn't have to wait 30+ mins in the long drive thru line to pick up our delivery food. Most of us that delivery do it because we need the money, it is a major waste of our time to sit forever in the drive thru line, we lose tips because of the long wait and we miss out on more orders. It's costing us alot of time, gas and money.
The drive-thru is open "normal hours". However, the dining room is only open from lunch into the afternoon, closing at 5 PM as this is written. As a result, after 5 PM, the line for the drive-thru starts remembling that of many an In-N-Out Burger! The food is just as worthy. They have some of the best barbecue sandwiches you'll find anywhiere. Ditto for the fried chicken. Even their fries are first-rate! The service reflects that everything is custom-cooked with each order. Strong recommend
Sent my son to pick up dinner tonight. He came home and we discovered that a BBQ sandwich had been left out of the order. I left my family, eating their hot meals, to go back to the restaurant to pick up the BBQ sandwich. I went to the door, locked….I tried calling and got an answering machine (really?!?) so I was forced to enter the drive thru line, which was busy. I got to the window and was asked for the receipt, which I presented to them. The girl at the window handed me a sandwich and said “Here ya go.” Not an apology for leaving the sandwich out, not sorry your dinner will be cold now, not have a nice day…..NOTHING!! I had to go back to the restaurant to correct YOUR mistake and spend 30 minutes of my time correcting YOUR mistake and I don’t even get an apology?!? This speaks VOLUMES about your customer service! An apology would have went a long way in correcting YOUR mistake. I’ll think twice about visiting again!!
Consistently good (and *relatively* fast) burgers, fries, hot dogs, chicken...and those ever-delicious shakes.I've visited more times than I should have lately, and I've yet to have a bad experience.The only *minor* critiques I would note are:1) They are consistently busy, and (yes) take a bit longer than...say... McDonalds. But their quality (of product & service) is higher, and those standards are exactly why it takes a bit longer and stays a bit busier.2) I've found certain extras are inconsistently up-charged... Uncertain if some cashiers are more generous than others, or if some policies are administered inconsistently - but it's a small point I've noticed more than once.Still. I'd rate them as 5 stars, and recommend stopping by often.
It's hard to go wrong with Rush's. They serve good food quickly and they always have a positive attitude. Their hot dogs are some of the best drive through hot dogs I have ever had.
Bit pricey, but no soy in the meat. Real beef.
Finally got to try Rush’s. So glad dine in was open because we live to far away for take out. My double jr. cheeseburger was fresh and hot and my husband’s chicken was crisp and tasty. Best was the chocolate cherry shake, Yum! There were plenty of servers so the wait was short and they were very friendly. We’ll be back!
