Against my better judgement, I placed an online to-go order at 6:41 tonight and it said it would be ready at 6:51. I figured it would take longer than that but I didn’t think it would take almost an hour and they weren’t even busy. The whole time I’m standing there waiting, all I hear is tons of apologizing because something was taking too long, something wasn’t cooked all the way, or someone’s order was wrong. Some people had even walked out because their food was taking too long. With all of that going on I was not convinced that my food was going to taste good and definitely didn’t think I would get my $60 worth. When I finally got my order it looked like it was just thrown in the container and it was missing food. I told them I did not want the food and wanted a refund. I could not get the refund at that moment but was told to call in the morning. I’m hoping that they will honor that and I will still get my refund. I get that places can have their off nights and I’m usually pretty understanding but it was just not acceptable service. Needless to say I will not be returning.

One of the cooks at this restaurant is a real prick! Me and my fiancé ordered a dessert, and the waitress asked him if he had it done yet, and he yelled “I got too much going on right now to worry about about someone’s dessert”. I about lost my mind. It was very unprofessional and childish! We will not be going back there bc I’m afraid he is gonna tote an @$$ whooping. The waitress was a jewel though. We tipped her well bc she did a great job and bc she had to put up with”Mr. Attitude”

Ruby Tuesday in Lexington has turned off their reviews. I know why. Today I joined my mother and son to get salads. What a mistake. We watched for 5 minutes as people stared at us waiting for someone to come seat us. We waited an hour for our food and there was hardly anyone in there. My son was begging for food and almost in tears. I finally asked them to bring his instead of together. The salad bar was empty. Not stocked at all. My mom gets her steak and it’s inedible. It was raw and she asked for medium well. The much anticipated grilled zucchini was mushy from being over grilled on a dirty grill and was greasy and tasted like grease. Sadly, our waitress was the only one working the entire restaurant. There were others in there and they did nothing. After finishing our meals we finally get a visit asking about the food. My mom told her and showed her it was raw and she couldn’t eat it. They bring the bill and to make up for a $20 steak you can’t even eat, they knocked $4 off the $50 bill, all for a steak she couldn’t eat and nasty, ill prepared food. It was a horrible experience. The lettuce, onions and edamame “salad” I had was delicious if that’s all I had wanted for a $12 salad bar. Sadly, I won’t be back.

Richard and Lily went above and beyond to make our dinner experience wonderful! We had trouble finding a place for dinner due to restaurants being very busy in Lexington. When we arrived to try Ruby Tuesdays, we could tell the dinner rush crowd was just leaving and the Ruby team looked battle worn. But they greeted us with the utmost sincerity and continued all the way through our entire time there.I must also make mention that all the food was absolutely amazing by all 6 in our group. So a great big applause to the kitchen staff as well!

Very disappointed with service,food...it took forever to order our tea, then the waitress came to the table that it was going to be awhile before we could get our food and if we wanted to go ahead and leave it would be fine with her..i have never been treated like this before..my friend and I were stunned,we didn't know what to say...something needs to be done here.there was alot of people were leaving after talking with these waitress...cant make any money like this...very very disappointed

Salad bar was not stocked at all!! Bathroom was disgusting!! Was not busy at all!! Asked to speak to the manager but the manager never came to speak with us!! We did get 10% off our bill.

Went to Ruby Tuesday after not going for a long time because of poor food. This was for Valentines Day Special. The food was horrible. I ordered steak cooked medium and it was well done. Tasted awful. The baked potato was over cooked and very dry. Grilled Zucchini was not grilled it was sliced and warmed up with some seasoning thrown on it. Awful!! Never got our dessert that came with the meal. 1 cook on duty for the whole restaurant. Unbelievable!! Will never go back again.

My husband and I have been coming here for lunch once a week for about a month now and we sit at the bar. We love the amazing bartender, John. He goes above and beyond for ALL of his customers and makes sure each and every person in the restaurant is satisfied. The GM Liz, is just as good. Wether the restaurant is busy or slow, she makes sure the servers are on their game and if they seem to be overwhelmed, she does not hesitate to jump into any role! We will continue to come to this location as long as they are here!

Excellent Catering! I catered a lunch from this location this past Friday, and I was severely impressed! We ordered the deluxe burger bar, and the manager made sure that my order had everything we needed and made sure we had a ton of toppings for our burgers. The burgers were still warm enough on arrival not to need reheating, and they did a great job accommodating the dietary needs such as gluten free buns and vegan burgers as requested. I loved the meal we got, and I'll definitely use again!

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to Ruby Tuesday in Lexington tonight. They obviously have no managers and the staff are allowed to talk absurdly about customers loudly. Don’t get me started on the wait time for food or drinks even. Just a coke!!! terrible excuse for the food industry. Don’t take a customer service job if you can’t take constructive criticism.
