Tonight was my latest and last time at this location. They have literally never gotten my order right once since this location first opened. Was told while waiting (before placing my order) that they close at 8:00....what's that about? Guy asked what I was ordering, told me "yes, we still have those, we can do that." By the time I got my order they were closed, so I couldn't go back and get what I really ordered (yes, once again, they got it wrong). The whole place needs to be revamped!
They are SO slow. And it's almost April 2022 and they are still drive through only. like Are they allergic to money?It's been a month since I made this, now it's almost may. Still drive through only. I would be so mad if they weren't slow in the drive through. But honestly I like to wash my hands before I eat. I don't think I'm asking much. Popeyes Please open your doors!
This location is trash. I tried to order two separate orders and they told me they had a limit of 2 legs and 2 wings even after I stated it was for 2 different people and I tried to place on two different tickets. I was told I was not able to do that either I asked if it would be extra because I wanted what I wanted and they told me they couldn’t do that because of a shortage. I’m sorry but I don’t see how that is my problem. Make sure your inventory is right and you wouldn’t have those problems. Needless to say I will not be spending my money here. Bad business.
I went to Popeyes to order food for my family. Upon arrival at the drive through The representative was upset because I was asking questions. I told her I can hear that she’s annoyed just by me asking questions. She decided not to take my order and was very rude at the window. I called in and they told me she was the general manager which I don’t believe. Something has to be done about this. This was uncalled for. Her name was Latoya.
I only come here for the Spicy chicken sandwiches. The past couple of times i've eaten here they have skimped me on that sweet and spicy decadent sauce. when i eat a spicy chicken sandwich I want it to ooze that sauce and I want to be begging to drink some water. I want that sauce liberally lathered on there! i could barely even see a drop of sauce on the last sandwich i ordered.
Went last night for the Tuesday special and when we got out food. We pulled up to check out food and half our order was missing. So I got out and went to the door. I knocked on the door and the young lady saw me so I waited patiently. Well 2 cars went through the drive thru and still nothing so asked the lady in the car to please tell them they forgot half my order please come to the door. The lady in the car told me and told me they say you will have to wait .. I was like I have been waiting patiently they will not even come to the door. So I walked to the window and the manger raised his voice and said GO TO THE DOOR I WILL MEET YOU OVER THERE. When he came to the door he was very rude and I told him that and he said im just keeping it real..i have worked in the restaurant business over 20 years being a waitress so I know customer service and he doesn't have any I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK . I WILL TRAVEL 20 MORE MINUTES TO THE OTHER POPEYE OR BETTER YET WHEN CHICK-FIL-A IS FINISHED I WILL GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS.. I understand covid messed everything up but you can't blame this on that.. I was not rude all I wanted was the rest of my order i paid for I have patiently waited for in drive thru for over 40 minutes
Absolutely horrific! After waiting in the drive up for 18 minutes, my chicken was raw and undercooked! Don't waster your time with this terrible restaurant, there are many other much better places to eat in the area.
Terrible. Second car in line on a Tuesday at 1130am. No one in dining room. Went drive thru but Took 20 minutes from ordering to receiving. No sauce, no napkins, no straws, flat soda. I'm so glad a brand new chic-fil-A is opening across the street. I'll NEVER go back.
Male manager was very rude and unprofessional over the drive thru speaker. He forgot to turn his mic off and continued to belittle me because I had trouble hearing what he was saying while placing my order. Thank God chic-filet is coming to town!
Nice customer service only two people working it was New Year's Day. Have to say though they will work in their butt off. Just really took a long time to get our food
