Service is good but taste was a bit off both times I have ordered from this location. Hope they fix whatever is off as they are my preferred chain normally

Wrong Pizza, tipped $20.00 on a $25.00 Meat Lovers pizza and only received a pepperoni pizza. Must be new management. Never had a problem before but I'll never order a gai.
This is the second time we have gone the Batesburg location and both times were great. Great service, good attitudes and we got to come inside and eat. They went above and beyond in our eyes. We will go here over any other Pizza Hut.
I had a large order at lunch. It was ready within 15 minutes.The cashier was so polite and friendly. He put together plates and napkins for me in a bag. I was really impressed. Thank you for your kindness! I will be back!
Send out hot pizzas. I waited curbside for 30 minutes and was brought out a Luke warm pizza. Had to heat it up in the microwave when I got home. I understand busy Friday nights, but I should not have to microwave my pizza that I just picked up.
Your pizza is by far the best there is. Sometimes delivery is very slow that’s my only complaint. The delivery guy was super good with this order very professional thanks a bunch
I chose to carryout vs delivery and picked up the pizza on my way home from work. The order was ready when I got there. The order was correct and tasted great!
My thin and crispy pizza was floppy not crispy at all. But my cheese pizza was perfect!
