Pizza ordered at or around 530pm, and didn't get delivered until 8pmI called to check on my order, and the store rep first hung up on me, and then when I called back an hour after the text message saying it went out, never really went out.Communication needs to be a priority if something happens.
BE WARNED THEY STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!! Their employee had fun with my account. UBER food, UBER taxi day in and day out. Thank GOD I have a personal banker who watches my account. Pain in the rear having to change my credit card but it is what it is.DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD HERE IF YOU DON'T WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT OR HAVE SOMEONE TO WATCH IT FOR YOU.
Food was delicious. Was kinda skeptical because there was absolutely no cars in the parking lot, and the pizza was ready in literally like 10 minutes, but it was soo good. We got an epic stuffed crust meat pizza. Definitely hit the spot! Was the 1st time we had papa John's in a good while
If you have time to go inside and place your order that way, I highly recommend! We have ordered from this location twice, and as they’ve been super busy/short staffed we’ve had to wait to pick up. But once we get the food, it’s absolutely amazing. Hot and fresh!When we have called and ordered, it’s like a call center and whoever took our order completely botched it. Even after they repeated it back. Delivery can take forever with the lack of drivers. So, overall, I’d recommend placing your order in the building, or on the app and then picking it up asap.
First time tried and enjoyed their pizza and bread with garlic.
Currently 15 minutes on hold to resolve an issue. This used to be an excellent establishment - best pizza around here (for standard places). Now their service is the worst. When I ordered at 2:00pm for a 6:00pm delivery, I had to call at 6:10 and again at 6:30 to get it here by 7:00. Then, no reimbursement as promised. Last time, they did not bring a drink - when I called, they promised they would put a credit on my account (were "doing it then"), but when I went to place an order tonight - no credit. I should have insisted on a refund immediately. I called and was put on hold - then hold again to talk to a manager. This will be our last time with them. Very disappointed.

This place is the worse restaurant I have ever done business with. There policies are as bad as Sonics. There employee made a mistake tonight that had an ingredient on the pizza that I am allergic to. Then they would not deliver it to me nor would not make another one and credit me for that one pizza. They would only credit me for the whole order! Credit me $29 instead of deliver it!! They would not give me the regional managers contact information. I went to Domino’s and they actually made Papa John’s error right! Guess it will be Domino’s from now on!!
Ordering on-line was easy and quick. Pizza was delivered before the quoted delivery time and the driver was very friendly and polite. I couldn't ask for a better experience....
Good service good people. These people were closing but still made my son and I three large pies. Outstanding people!!!!
