Worst attitudes and customer service. We were completely ignored when we walked up to the counter and nobody even made eye contact with us. Walked out without ordering and will not go back.
Today I ordered 2 salads with chips and bread, and one sandwich with chips. The food was not good and very disappointing. They forgot the chips and the bread. The first salad was entirely missing the chicken, so we pulled some of the turkey off of the sandwich and added it to the salad. So now the sandwich was not full. Both of the salads tasted awful like day-old, bagged lettuce from Walmart. ?. Utterly disgusting. Spent almost $40.
Look I get everywhere is short staffed but READ THE TICKET! I am ALWAYS missing something from my order. I mean, how do you order an egg sandwich, get the sandwich, with no egg. Let’s not mention they did this to 2 sandwiches which means instead of contacting me to let me know they had no eggs, they just gave me bread, cheese and bacon.Only order from here if you are risky and don’t care to lose money due to missing items. Assistant Manager Christiana tries her best but with so many mess ups, I’m sure she’s over her head. Let me add, no credit or refund can be given through the app, which is crazy because we order through the Panera app directly from the store.Train your staff to properly read the ticket items off the receipt that they print out, ensure all items are the bag ( this means double checking) before giving to the customer or the 3rd party delivery service.Also bring back your own company drivers. 3rd party drivers was a bad company move.
I’ve found Panera to be overpriced for a while now, but today solidified that for me. I ordered at the drive thru and only wanted half a sandwich. The whole was like $9.99, the you pick 2 with the half was $6.99. I asked the boy if I could just order half a sandwich without getting a second item. He said yea I could do I figured at worst it would be the $6.99 price at best lower since I only got half a sandwich.
Just picked up a cup of their new Thai soup and a bowl of the Chicken & Rice....$15+ later, the chicken (two small bits in the bowl and one small bit in the cup) was brown, chewy and overcooked. I have tried this location several times for their soup and have been disappointed every time. The soup coloring is always dark and has a burnt taste. Definitely not worth the price AT ALL or the flavor (or lack there of). I won't be back.
Waited 7 minutes in the drive through for a bagel and cinnamon roll just to get to the window and be asked to pull around to the curbside pick up area. No cars were behind me. Walked inside where I then waited another 5 minutes for my order. Both pre-made items and no one in front of me inside. No reason it should take over 10 minutes to get a bagel and cinnamon roll and be asked to pull around with my sleeping child in the car.
I am officially done with Panera.. I asked for chicken salad with no bread. I paid $11 and received 7 small chunks of chicken. This is NOT enough to fill an entire sandwich. So I paid over $1 per small chunk!?!?! I left hungry.. the last time I came, the drive thru knew how to place the order as a side item. I should not pay $11 for this. I will not be back..
soup was so thickened with flour, no need for that. I had the chicken and rice soup. the salad was just okay and a big old hunk of bread which I didn't want.
Clean and tidy Customer Service really good-my only Complient was the cost of my meal-very pricy from what little I got portion size more like baby size not adult size for sure-I won't be coming back for that only reason. I really enjoyed the cookie which was reasonably priced.
