Went in on a whim and instantly regretted it. The line where the food was was disheveled and pretty bare. They seemed to rush you along the line and as we were waiting to pay one of the associates felt the need to dump chips all over the place, including one me and my daughter’s feet, while trying to fill some sort of container. She never apologized or came around to clean it up. Also got an attitude when they tried to ring me up someone else’s order and I had to repeatedly say that it wasn’t mine. Walked out and left with no food. Highly doubt I would ever go back. Will stick to Chipotle where the food is ALWAYS good and service is great.
Nice food, I recommend to improve their preparation way of dish so that food do not go out of the plate.
While I waited in line at Moe’s I watched the guy who handles the cash register and money use the same gloves to prepare peoples food with. After he checked someone out he proceeded to put his hand in the cheese and mix it up with the same gloves. That is so nasty and unsanitary. If your running the cash register and you switch to the line where the food is, then you need to switch your gloves out.
Food is great and staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable
I want to preface by saying I like Moe’s and their food, which is why I gave 3 stars. I order Moe’s ‘usually’ every Sunday for lunch. I order for me and 2 other employees. MAYBE once a month they get our order correct, 75% of the time something is wrong. I went in today and ordered a home wrecker with ground beef, not 30 seconds go by and the man making my food puts adobo chicken on my burrito. I then hear him tell another employee that “No one good is working today.” You are absolutely correct, and you are part of the problem, sir. Then, when you younger lady is going to ring me up, she’s asks this same guy what my order is, he says “I have no idea.” Like dude come on, you made my order 30 seconds ago. I work in the food industry so I try to avoid leaving negative reviews about other places because I know how it goes, but when you can’t get an order right even 50% of the time, you’ve got a big problem. Unreal.
Delicious, easy, and with Moe-Monday burritos @$5.99, it was inexpensive.
I’ve eaten at this Moe’s multiple times and never had a problem. Well today, my husband ordered online, as I am eating the food I find what looks like a wire food tie, in my bowl. I did call the establishment to let them know, however, no answer. This is completely unacceptable, as I am pregnant and to any customer, in general. Better food safety measures need to be in place, this is very dangerous!!!!
The employees and food at this Moe's location were the same as any other Moe's location. Plenty of food on the burrito and staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean, about what you would expect for a fast food bathroom. Parking lot was large and shared with other businesses, but no problem getting a spot close.Main difference in this Moe's is there was TONS of seating. I think this is the largest Moe's I've ever been in. However, with the large amount of seating the area waiting for the food is short and can become cramped during peak hours.
Terrible service with unmotivated staff. There were plenty of workers to operate efficiently. A couple workers looked like they were on drugs. This used to be a well ran location. Very discouraging.
The last time I came in the portion size was so little that my mom and I were still hungry when we left. I also witnessed the manger (a man) telling a young lady working she could not go to the restroom even after she asked twice!!!!! They were not crowded at all. Maybe 3 people in store. I would have gladly waited for my food to let this young girl go to the restroom.
