This location continues to disappoint when ordering late night and more often than not the orders are not correct. This is a 24 hour location and connected to the Love's gas station. This particular visit we waited almost 2 hours! This is due to the staff taking one order at a time and not taking another order until the first one is completed in it's entirety. I seldom come to this location and would prefer other locations if available.
Until I read these reviews, I did not understand why this Mcdonald's could not provide my granddaughter with a drink that was not carbonated as I requested. Providing drinks must be an ongoing issue for this location.She was mumbling low in response to my order. I could hear her playing and laughing with her coworkersWhen I asked her to please speak up and what was funny, the lady became vulgar and yelled at me. When I went inside to inform the manager of the employee's behavior, she was equally rude and disrespectful. We have always had good interactions and service from the day shift. The night shift is horrible. Likely because of their leadership example.Dear McDonald's Owner, you need to host a job fair to retrieve better talent. I would rather throw my money in the trash than trust people with unhealthy behavior to make my food.
They hardly ever get your order correct... better check your order before you leave its probably missing most of what you ordered... I mean how can you forget to put chicken nuggets in a kids meal... happened to me many times .. always take out they won't allow you inside anymore but even when you could go inside they never got the order correct.
Takes forever to get food. They close at 11pm which means you better order in drive thru before 10:40 because 1 minute after 10:40 they are already closed inside cleaning and they under no circumstances will take your order. They should change their business hours to closing at 10:40pm
Worst cheeseburger ever - I had to search for the meat and the sandwich was cold. Service was very slow and employees were not at all friendly. What has happened to McDonald's, we will never eat here again. I give them a 0!
Allows inside dining at this location. Visited late afternoon and ordered at kiosk. Inside was not crowded, but service was inefficient. My first visit to this store on U.S.Hwy 1 in front of Lexington High School. I will visit again because inside dining is available.
I'm starting to understand why McDonald's is getting such a bad rap now. Apparently the employees at this location can't count to 20 (nuggets). Also, my double quarter pounder had mayonnaise, pickles and lettuce hanging all over the sides. Looked so gross, I didn't want to eat it, so I had to scrape the sh!t off. Felt like going back to throw it in their face. Someone needs to be fired for thisbs..
Ordered a mc flurry. asked where the spoon is that comes with it. they were dumbfounded. "what spoon?" how did you mix the MnMs in? "what do you mean?" yeah, got home and it's just ice cream with m ms on top of a solid chunk of ice cream. terrible. this location is the worst.
Can't go wrong, really. Usually correct with my order. Hit or miss depending on who is working.
This is my 2nd experience there. The 1st time we ate inside and there was a woman yelling at other employees. Really?. Tonight, was an experience went through drive thru ordered food this same person who did all the yelling was working the window. She gives me the food pull into park to eat. Missing granddaughters nuggets with her happy meal drive back around wait 5 minutes in 50 degrees tell her. She basically called me a liar, I asked hot ff. Oh that really set her off. If McDonald's doesn't care how there employees treat customersJust maybe time for customers to spend there money elsewhere
