Stopped and got a quarter pounder meal and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal. Waited 15 minutes to get our food and the chicken sandwich was the wrong one, the one they gave me was supposed to have at least pickles on it and it didn’t. We were missing a fry and the burger was small and dry. Literally had one pickle on it, about a pound and a of ketchup on it. Won’t be going back.
They’re supposed to close at 1:00am but apparently…they decide whenever they close because I went by at 9:45 and they were closed….this location should either honor their times they close or get quality workers to run your restaurant and not people who think they can just do whatever they want. If they had zero stars that’s what they would get from me
Great McDonald's! So much better than one near downtown Lexington. They had fresh hot food with quick nice service. Kudos to manager hiring/training good staff. This is extra 15 minutes to get there but definitely worth it. Never going back to other one.
I wish I was able to give a 1/2 star! The only reason it would be a half is they did make our burgers correct...The service was aweful and the food was cold!
Stopped by after work and had the best drive thru experience!! Darnell that took my order was the nicest employee I have ever dealt with at this location. I have been coming thru their drive thru for the past 3 years and no one has been as nice as Darnell!!! He was so professional- they were out of Coke and he offered me Diet Coke or Dr Pepper- amazing service and just nice and sweet!! Darnell should go around to all the McDonalds in South Carolina and teach all the employees How to talk to their customers the professional way!! Hope to hear his nice voice the next time I go thru the drive thru and he should be a manager!!!
Amazing staff and amazing service. Fresh HOT fries every time I come here. If I could give 10 stars I would! Keep it up!
I don’t have many good experiences at fast food restaurants lately, but especially not at McDonald’s. However, there is a young man who works at this location who twice now has brought me my food and been so cheerful in the process, and who said he makes sure he brings people fresh fries when he knows they’re in the parking lot waiting for their food. May seem small, but the fresh fries and his personality made our day. I’m not sure of his name, but he was working this evening (2/8/2022) - and I’ll go out of my way to keep coming to this location in the hopes of being served by him again.
We waited in the drive thru for our food for 20 minutes to get 2 1/4 pounders then got the wrong order and had to go in to get the correct food to get down the road and the burgers were raw
