Sheesh, you are here to order food and all you hear is curse words coming from a female in the back.... The kiosk does not print out a receipt... It does not seem like the manager on duty is worried about making the employees do their jobs.... People are just walking around with food in their arms and making jokes..... They have the table tents and didn't want to walk the food to the table as the woman called out our ticket number and tried to wave us up to get our food.... Stay away from this location too, especially when Rush's is right next door...
Had the broccoli soup and baked potato.My had chicken salad and all were great.The cheese cake was huge!Waitress was very good service was spot on.I'd go againGo early if possible lunch time was busy.
I don’t know the manager’s name working 10pm on 4/22/22, but y’all need to give her a raise. I placed a large order (30+ sandwiches for the folks in my department). I got to the store and checked into curbside. The drive through was packed. She came out and apologized for the delay, explaining that she was one of 3 people who hadn’t walked out that day, which means 3 people got overworked AF that night. Find out their names and give them raises for sticking to it and working through that. Overworking the ones who stay to compensate for those who didn’t is a quick way to get rid of loyal hard workers. - someone who also works in management
Service is always great. I always do app orders, and am in and out really quick. Last lady in drive through even thanked me for using the app/deals.
Worse quarter pounders we ever bought from any McDonald's first off we where charged for cheese then minus cheese so charged for cheese asked for just onion on one and no onions on the the other 3 the only thing we got on the burgers was one pickle that's it oh wait a dot of ketchup on one now the 10 piece nuggets where good n the kid that was on the register was deep in his convo on his cell but I'm guessing the manager was the one who took my order for my drink I forgot she was cool
Even though they were short-staffed and manager was sure to correct a coupon error that occurred when I did the mobile. And also made sure that she made my drink right which almost no other McDonald's does
How is it possible to sit in a busy line and still wind up with cold fries & nuggets. You would think if the restaurant is busy they are continually cooking food. Apparently not and they are letting fries and nuggets just sit and pawning them off on people. The last 3 times we've been here they have been out of ice also !?! They didn't tell me until after I paid. One lame excuse after another from incompetent staff. Such a joke. They couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. When they do have ice, drinks never have more than a few cubes, fries are always luke warm and the mistakes are endless. Most of the food isn't fit for human consumption. I no longer patronize this location because it's gotten so bad. I guess it's hard to find employees at a McDonalds that actually like their job and take pride in it...Apparently ineffective management as well..The only thing they are fast about is taking your money. Redbank needs at least one decent take out restaurant already.! Look at the burger I received (pictured) - how does this happen if the food is fresh ?
I can only hope that the staff is being well taken care of by upper management. because the team is taking care of the public. It is such a privilege to get to come to this McDonald’s where you can see how hard everyone is working. The quality of service and food is extraordinary given normal circumstances much less 2022 circumstances. Please encourage them to continue to do the things that they are doing because it absolutely is not going unnoticed.#IHopeYourNoticed
The staff is nice and pleasant. The ordee wait times can vary for their drive through. I have found going through the outer drive through lane can reduce some of your wait time during peak hours.
This is my usual McD's. They are one of the slower McDonalds, but everything else is pretty awesome. My food has never been wrong (20+ visits) and the staff are always nice. The food has never been less than expected, and have sometimes been super awesome. All in all, this is a good McDonalds
