I use the app, which is the best way to go in my opinion, for the reason of not just discounts, its faster and they bring fresh food to you without waiting in the line. This morning it got a little better.... I had the sweetest waitress and with an awesome smile that genuinely asked was there anything else she could do for me. We need more young people like her!!! She made my day with her kindness.
Terribly run location. Needs new management. Went to the drive through one weekend and the person taking orders was just openly complaining about customers. I dont think she realized her mic was on. I drove off and went somewhere else.The next weekend I went and just waited at the drive through. After several times asking if anyone was there and getting no response. I just drove off and went somewhere else.This place just really isnt worth your time. Go somewhere else.
My app experience at this store.I got there they couldn't find my order. Waited 20 min for the manager. Never came. Told me to pull forward. Had to explain my order 4 more times. They finally found it on their front counter. Got my food. No napkins or condiments I asked for. Park check my food. One of my burgers was wrong. Go inside the mangor takes what was wrong and puts it in the computer. Says nothing. After 10 more mins the dude with the red shirt and dreads asked if I was helped. Told him what was going on and all he did was laugh shrug his shoulders and walk away. Finally at this point the Manger says something to the back about the order she put in for my remake. Very very unprofessional.
Drive through or walk inside. Plenty of parking. Would get a 5, but ice cream and milkshake machine is ALWAYS broken, even when it is working fine and you saw them make one, it is broken to customers.
Fast fresh and a friendly staff, food was good and fresh, restaurant was clean and everyone was still smiling despite a lunch rush.
No more gallons of tea and forget asking for your order to be made you way cause they don't follow it or care. I used my reward points for nothing. Never Is the expresso working and they don't bother to tell you. They make it regular And screw people out of their money!!!! Rude and ghetto as popeyes! These folks getting paid way too much to not care!!
This McDonald's is not the best but order was right and food was fresh.
At no point is it ever ok to argue with a customer about what they ordered.. It’s unfortunate that this is the closest McDonalds to my house.. the food is usually pretty decent but the customer service is horrible!!
My family and I visit this Particular McD’s frequently with not so great service but today was different: Amazing fast service and not to mention very polite workers. I was very grateful. Great job!
It was a very busy day but the woman who took our order in the drive thru was so polite and got our somewhat complicated order right. And was just as nice at the pay window as was the woman at the pickup window. Very impressed.
