I wish there was an option to leave no stars, I'm literally over this location. Every single time I come through they have always messed up the order one way or another. The employees are always rude and most the time don't even acknowledge you at the speaker let alone at the window, they damn near throw it at you and shut the window. I've been a GM for 14 years and would be absolutely appalled if I had a team like this!! Unacceptable!!! For my complaint.... I first sat in line for approx 15 mins and then an additional 8-10 mins at the speaker with no acknowledgement what so ever. I ordered a Crispy Chicken add mayo.... THATS IT... got handed my food, window shut in my husbands face. He started to pull off before I could check my food... guess what??? Got my sandwich!!! No mayo AT ALL... not even pickles which I'm sure is at least standard build and to top it off the bun was over toasted. my husband pulled back around and jump the long line that had built up and went straight to the window... they literally started at him and ignored him till he said something through the window which was cracked open... gave me 3 mayo packets... no apologies no effort to fix ... just shear rudeness! It is what it is but my promise to McDonAlda is this.... My family and I will NEVER return to this location ever again!
Absolutely horrible. Incompetent employees and subpar management. All of the food was cold. Had to ask for my ten piece nuggets as they weren't in my order. Fries were hard and stale, probably had been out since noon. Slow service and employee at window acted inconvenienced that he messed up my order. I will NEVER give this cesspool another cent of my money.
This one needs to be shut down! Had a few bad experiences before and decided to give it another try today. I was given compensation for the last visit in the form of free desserts but after this time, I will make sure to order from the one down the road. This time was a DoorDash order, I upgraded to a large meal, also ordered a sundae. The fries were half full and placed against the ice cream so they were cold when it arrived. The cheeseburgers were cold like they came out of the fridge, the sundae was only filled like 3-4 of the way and the hot fudge had an oil/gas taste to it. There was no spoon or straw to use either. Just avoid this place
The very worse McDonald's I've ever been to. People that work there was rude to no end. No one was wearing mask or gloves to serve your food. The restaurant was very dirty & the staff were just plain rude & refused to serve us because I didn't use the kiosk machine which I had no idea how to use. Nasty rude people & a very nasty place. This place is a joke. The days I get forced to go to this McDonald's for anything, I cringe. The service is so slow. I sit in the drive thru for at least five minutes before anyone decides to take an order. I actually will drive to the interstate and get my order from the McDonald's on number 6. If at all possible, avoid this location unless you have time to burn
Best customer service ever! Food was fresh and hot. Fountain drinks needed attention but no stars docked there cuz....best customer service ever! Stay awesome employees at this McDonald's!!
One car in drive Thur sat 10 minutes before took my order had ti repeat myself 5 times finally asked who he was talking to he said an employee , they need ti TRAIN better , if your dealing the public you need to have a better attitude and be somewhat nice and friendly !
I never eat McDonalds personally but my sons really like their French fries so we stop by often enough. I am starting to think McDonald’s seeks out the least productive and least motivated individuals and offers them jobs. Nobody at this location cares whatsoever about the customers they’re helping. It took 35 min last night to get through the drive thru line and there were only 3 cars total in line. I’ve never seen employees care less and move slower in my life
Trash establishment, cashiers don’t even know how to take your order. The young lady completely ignored what I told her I wanted. Retrain your employees, shouldn’t be struggling with two cars in drive thru and one customer in the lobby.
Bro it's good food, but the chicken sandwiches have something with them. I have the feeling to throw up the day after, so 3 stars.
