Tried to go through the drive through at 5:30 am, which is when they are supposed to be open according to the app and website. Had to be at work at six so I thought I would leave a little early and get something to eat. Tried waiting in the drive through for fifteen plus minutes and tried calling the store to see if maybe they just weren’t paying attention. Two other trucks came through and didn’t seem to receive any service either. Even saw someone out in the parking lot taking trash out and they must not have informed anyone inside so still we received no service. Pitiful.

Worst McDonald's drive thru experience ever.The people in the car immediately in front of me must have had a real problem understanding the menu at the drive thru, or significantly changed their order at the SECOND window, as voices were raised, the drive thru window was slammed about 6 times, a wad of bills was shoved toward the window, and much drama ensued--for about 14 minutes. The line to pick up was stalled for more than 15 minutes. Instead of reasonably asking the driver to pull over to one of the designated to go order spots, the rest of us in line were forced to wait and watch. At least two cars pulled out of line and left. When the driver finally pulled away with more profane comments and I asked what happened, the employees laughed and told me I did not need to get an attitude." Exceptionally poor, inefficient and ultimately rude service. I will drive further to a different one next time I want anything from McDonald's.
Normally an ok McDonald's. Order was wrong this visit, asked for a correction at the food window and offered to pay for it. Was told to get in the back of the line. Since the order was milkshakes, this wouldn't be feasible unless the whole order was to be remade.
Quick service :) The only thing is that they say that they have wifi but they indeed do not.. this is not good for the customers who need that wifi to order on the app and save their 20% off lol
Theres no WiFi even though it says on the door that there is. I wasnt ever able to get my mobile order from here that i ordered because the wifi that said would be here was nonexistent lol like im kinda broke... not cool McDonalds...
If your looking for a good an reliable McDonald's in Lexington, this has got to be the one. It's not to busy threw out the day and the customer service is top tier!
This is, without a doubt in my mind the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dont come here. Turn around. Find a different one.
How are they still in business. Workers are horrible. Soo rude. Only one lane works and they are the only McDonald’s in sc I’ve seen still have there lobby closed. I wish they would just shut this terrible place down already
Food is good, however customer service needs an overhaul. Never acknowledged, told thank you or anything. I guess if you only want food, you're in the right spot. Don't expect a greeting.
