I have gone to this location many times over the years but it has fallen to a complete mess. There is a huge disconnect between the flow of order intake and the delivery of food. There is usually one person taking orders and 2 - 3 people trying to figure out what is coming out of the kitchen. They need to reallocate their ways of working from the ground up. The two stars is only because the food is good. But the management is a nightmare.
I took the family out to the Lexington location for lunch over the weekend. I have eaten at this location once before and it has been a few years. One thing that I noticed was that the restaurant was busy. Groups of people waiting for food outside and inside. Walking up to the counter to order, the staff seemed stressed and busy (probably due to the amount of people in the restaurant). After we ordered, we headed to the table to be seated and noticed that most of the tables were dirty with plates of half eaten food (which should have been a big red flag on how the meal was going to be). After waiting 40 minutes for our food to arrive, I went to the restroom to wash my hands and noticed that someone ripped the soap dispenser off the wall and there was no soap in it. When I sat back down to enjoy my meal (chicken Caesar wrap) it was disgusting, we left shortly afterwards leaving the table with plates of half eaten food to match the other tables with plates of half eaten food that littered the restaurants tables.
While the food was decent. The manager on duty was the worst example of a leader ever. She was lazily working the window as she talked down to a belittled her entire front of house staff, all children and special needs. Her tone and attitude were terrible and she shouldn't be able to continue in a "leader/management" position if this is her idea how you should speak to and or build a young staff. She was a black woman in her 40's.Update. Just got our food after about 25 min. Multiple guests that ordered after us got theirs first. Ours is not fresh. Reubens cold. My girlfriends sandwich is a turkey and she ordered roast beef
Found a hair in my plate and when I took it back. I politely asked if I could have another potato or some sort of competition and the employee told me “that means they would have to make another potato… I can make you something else” my frustration comes from the lack of help that was handed to me along with the attitude of the employee. Not going again.

Great baked potato. However my broccoli soup was cold. But it was so tasty I are it anyway.
always come here but today was different. every single booth still has trash on them and there was only one other table here. the guy who took our order was so beyond rude. never had that happen at this location. very disappointed
Terrible service. Long line to order food, incredibly long time to receive food, and it was below average. The restaurant was not very clean. Won’t be going back!
Tried to use the app to order ahead here using curbside to go. The confirmation email said to click the "I'm here" button when I arrive, but this button does not exist in the app.Called the restaurant to let them know I was there. An employee then came out and told me that my order was not ready yet, despite the fact that the app said it would be ready 20 minutes before that.The employee then came out again and told me they had not received my order. I showed her the confirmation on the app that I had ordered at this location. The employee then somehow magically found the order.Hopefully this experience was just a fluke?
I was blown away by how great the food was I am seriously looking forward to coming back !! Food was amazing prices was as well !
