I called to order a carryout order and spoke with Vera. I asked and was told that they no longer have the med 1 topping for $7.99. I placed my order. I checked the website which said they had med 1 toppings for $7.99. I called back and spoke with Vera again and told her this. She said she would get the mgr so he could "explain". He comes to the phone and I told him what happened. He states that they no longer have the promotion and that the corporate office has not removed it from the website. He went on to say that they claim they can't and they have complained to them multiple times. He can not honor the promotion. He stated that his GM would not allow him to give the discount manually. I asked if I could get that price if I ordered online to which he said "no. I have had people call and say they tried to order online and it wouldn't give them that price". I hung up and went online to see if it would let me order it at that price. IT DID! When I got to the store I showed the mgr the price on my phone. He stated "you have to finish and pay. That's when it gives you the error" I did that and it still gave it to me at that price. The mgr said yet again "I can't manually give you the discount in the store". He literally made me stand there and process the order online instead of just giving them to me a that price.
They messed up one of the pizzas and was more than happy to make corrections to the pizza before sending it home. Michele is a great manager.
Small pizza place with limited seating. Offers carryout service. Like every other business they have been impacted by covid. When we visited there was one person working and he was taking in person orders, answering the telephone and taking their orders, preparing the pizzas, serving the pizzas and working the cash register ....All while being friendly. God bless him.
Good food, service is great, always double check to see if order is correct but when it's right it's delicious ?
I have called 3 times in the past 2 hours and been blatantly hung up on. stayed on hold for over 20 minutes the first time. Never spoke a word to anyone and every time I call they pick up the phone and hang up! Great employees you have!
Always delicious and super fast. High quality food and great service. Can't ask for better than that! Prices were amazing too. They had a deal for large 2 topping pizzas for only $9 each! I got 2 large pizzas for $20. Fed 2 people for 3 meals. Crazy good.
TOO BUSY TO CALL OUT A NAME AND INCONSPICUOUS SPECIALS BOARD.I was told the pizza would be ready in about 10 minutes. After 20, I asked if it was ready. It was the pizza box I had noticed that had been sitting under the warmer. They didn't call my name or the other guy waiting for a pizza. Their excuse "we're busy"BTW, the specials are on the side wall away from the menu boards. Personally, I would have ordered the $6.99 one topping medium from there rather than the menu.Profit over Service feel.Update to owner response: ARE YOU SERIOUS? A customer in your store has a bad experience and you give the customer HOME WORK? With hundreds of pizza places in the area the problem is fixed, no home work required.

The food isn’t great especially when you consider that a “large” pizza, cheesy bread, and two drinks costs $32 before tip! The large pizza is not very big. Probably won’t be ordering from here again.
