We had an overall very good experience. Food was a little slow coming out. We did have a party of 22, so understandable. Food was excellent, no complaints. Definitely will be returning!
Fantastic food and service! The pricing is also great. The mussels marinara was so good…it’s one of my favorites. The Luce pasta dish was so good…my son loved the alfredo. Only reason for 4 stars is no wine (boooo) ?. The pizza was good but the toppings are too heavy for the thin crust so slices fall apart. But if you don’t mind a sloppy slice its worth it. I will go back here next Italian craving I get.
Best fried portobello mushrooms you've ever had. Can be ordered as a standalone app and it comes in the sampler basket (which is what we got). So glad the hubby doesn't like mushrooms lolThis Deluxe Calzone was a small! Easily made two meals. There are two more sizes larger than this! Can feed your whole family on a large or your family plus extended family with an extra large.The best ending, of course, is the Tiramisu! Finally available again and it was absolutely decadence at its finest. We shared one and got one to take home :)Highly recommend everything! Food, service and pricing are hard to beat!
Amazing!!! Have not been in a while but it did not disappoint. Service was beyond reproach. Our server always has a smile, never let our glasses go dry and delivered on everything. Thank you so much. When you go, ask for Jannie.
Food was ok, good selection. Where they fail is service, super slow. Only 3 tables of people and seemed to be an overload on service. At the end we couldn't get the check so I had to go to register and ask for it. Then had to take it back. No idea where waitress went, disappeared and never came back. I have gone here 3 times in 3 years and each time super slow service, not just a problem that night. I keep hoping they hire some good waiters. I think 3rd time is 3 strikes and I am done. I would recommend to owner to brighten the place and play some music.
Out and about and could not decide what I wanted for lunch. Tired of fast food and everything in the vicinity of where I normally shop. I decided to go in the opposite direction of town from where I normally go. I happened up on this family owned restaurant and decided to give it a try. All I can say is OMGEEEEEE!!! Authentic Italian food that rivals Italian food I had while in Italy. Everything was so delicious! I got the Italian Salad and Baked Ziti. It came with a wonderful large piece of homemade garlic bread. They gave me a very large portion of each dish, enough that i had plenty to take home with me. I will definitely be going back again soon and take my family. I highly recommend this wonderful jewel, right here in Lexington. If you want excellent authentic Italian food, go check these folks out!
Nothing like trying to help a local owned home town restaurant. Placed a pick up order through Slice was told food is ready come get while it is hot. 25 mins later of standing in the lobby food still not ready, hostess ignore my bf multiple times (I'm on video call) I called up there asking about our order that was supposed to be ready over 30 mins ago by now. Hostess was rude, short on phone.. No, oh I am sorry we are busy and short staffed, let me help. I just rude and nasty on phone. Hangs up with me and apparently threw phone across front host stand. I understand working in a restaurant, I understand short staffed. But chose to support a local restaurant instead of a chain restaurant and get disrespectful nasty service. Have always enjoyed the wonderful food and great customer service given here, but one employee ruined this.

Absolutely LOVED this place!! Waitress was amazing as well as the other employees we encountered. Very friendly atmosphere! Great prices for the amount of food. Everything came out in perfect timing, from the appetizers to the desert! Very happy!! We will be back!
