Ordered two dozen doughnuts- one assorted and one original glazed. There was no assorted, just two original glazed in the bag. I payed $5 extra to make sure we got cream filled and they were all CUSTARD. When my mom asked for her coffee that I’d already paid for, the girl at the counter had an attitude with her! I’m just pass on by next time and go elsewhere.

Today I went to Krispy Kreme to receive my free dozen of original glazed donuts. If you sign up for Krispy Kreme rewards program you get special deals/ discount on the donuts ( BOGO,$1 for a dozen, and free original glazed dozen on your birthday). In my opinion when paying regular price for the donuts; I feel that the donuts could be a little bit bigger for what you are paying. Krispy Kreme doesn't just have donuts they also have hot coffees, iced coffees, lattes, milkshake, and frozen strawberry/ lemonade. They also have giftcards you can purchase and they offer catering. Krispy Kreme has inside seating, drive through, order online, and they deliver (with an additional fee). I would definitely recommend going back to Krispy Kreme.

I didn't receive a response at the drive-thru, so I drove around to the window and the workers came walking from the back. The doughnuts were cold and the worst that I've ever received.

Original glazed doughnut is something no where will ever be able to compare to KK. When that HOT sign is lit, temptation is hard ! Great staff !

Terrible coffee (poured while starting new pot=mud) stated it was terrible the girl behind the counter seemed confused. Dumped coffee down the sink as no resolution was offered. The filled donuts 2 outta 3 had no filling. So um yea. Idk what the deal was at this spot but won't go back. The hot now sign was on. Asked for hot ones. Got cold ones. Thanks for the disappointing experience. Wish this store luck.

Sunset Blvd. Location. Stopped by for a dozen glazed. Asked if they were hot, we were told yes. Thinking that “hot” meant that the doughnuts would be just coming off the line; fresh and warm. Boy, were we shocked! The only thing that was warm was the box that they came. Our order obviously had been rewarmed after being fried sometimes earlier. I regret to say that the doughnuts were barely eatable. When I asked my wife to describe the doughnuts , her reply was; stale and hard on the bottom. I’m am 77 and haveenjoyed Krispy Kreme all my life. Sixty five years ago my mother was a Krispy Kramer lady and would bring home fresh doughnuts every night. When my wife and I were dating we would get a half dozen and quart of milk to enjoy on our date. Take if from a person that knows Krispy Kreme, do not throw away your money at at this location. And for the present employees....start looking this location without major changes, will not be in the doughnut business very long,I’m sorry!

Only been twice in last year, both times donuts were stale. Over the past year or so quality has really been bad.

Definitely went the wrong location. Day old donuts and even cheated me on the filling. My raspberry filled donut was totally DRY except a small DOT of jam in a corner that only discolored the surrounding bread. Should have driven the extra miles to 12th St...Wont make that mistake again ☹

The donuts were hard and not fresh. This location has really gone downhill. The quality of the donuts is not consistent. I took one bite and threw the entire box away. My family wouldn't touch them. A complete waste of money.

don't have enough of variety of donuts an the prices went up they are to high for what they offer now
