Super friendly, fast and attentive service. Very creative array of seasonal drinks with unique blends. The "Stranger Things" inspired selections were great and I appreciated the witty names. I had chai, which was well done.
I do not write bad reviews! Ever! But this is an exception. I have been an occasional customer of Krafty for several years, frequenting the establishment whenever I am in town. The coffee is decent, however always way too sweet for my taste. That's okay because the customer service was always good (the reason for the two stars), and I like to support local businesses. I stopped by this morning for an iced coffee, and I asked for a small cup of whipped cream as a special treat for my dog who had a stressful night due to the July 4th fireworks. I offered to pay for it as well. What I did not ask for was an unkind and extremely degrading lecture about how terrible dairy is for dogs. Yes, dairy is not the best for pups when consumed frequently, but neither is the sugary syrup they put in my coffee this morning, yet they had no problem selling that to me. Please try to be more kind and sensitive.

This coffee is special!! Worth driving out of your way. Starts with perfectly roasted beans, so that even plain cup of coffee is amazing. The seasonal menu is so irresistible, I had the Betty Davis eyes today, loved it!!

I have always passed it on my way to the middle school to drop my kid off but never stopped because I figured they wouldn't have anything I liked. Boy was I wrong! They make my French vanilla latte perfectly every single time! About the 3rd time I went, they recognized me and knew exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough great things about them! The staff is phenomenal! I go every time I can.
