What a bad experience for me! We ordered thru the drive-thru. A simple order just for me… two piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and a small drink. We paid the lady and was asked to move forward. Several cars began to move in behind us. We noticed several other customers parked to the right in a marked area. Being of average patience, we waited…and waited, and waited, and waited, etc. After thirty minutes of wait time I began to grow concerned. ( Keep in mind I had been waiting for two pieces of chicken). Previously I had witnessed a lady die with a heart attack sitting at my table while eating at a Pizza Hut and my brother-in-law was a victim of a stroke and was found dying lying on his office all alone. I have learned over the years that bad things can happen at odd times and in in unexpected places. After waiting and watching people, including myself, become more anxious and frustrated, I became more concerned about the employees inside. At this time the doors were locked, preventing entry. I made the decision to call the police to check on the employees inside. When the officer arrived and I was attempting to explain the reason for my call, he told me that this was a civil matter and that this was a problem between the customers and KFC. I explained that.our problem was not knowing if anyone was injured or in danger inside and that as a police officer it should be his concern also and his responsibility was to check the scene. Not to teach me the difference between civil and criminal law. Now back to KFC, Lexington, SC. Something really should be done to improve the service to the community and traveling public orthis business should be closed. ##### May God bless all our first responders, especially our men and ladies in BLUE that put there lives on the line each day and night !!
They continually get orders wrong. We understand the challenges but maybe double check the meals. We waited over 15 minutes for our drive through and got home to discover much of the order was wrong. We got sides we did not order, we’re missing sides and an entire dinner was missing. Nobody picks up the phone and doors are locked so it is a hassle to get it corrected
Food Fresh! Restaurants are understaffed qnd anyone complaining has no idea what it is like to work in the food industry. They are doing a fine job! Quality food still #1 and it was great
If I could get it to register a lower rating, I would. The service here is horrible. My order was not right again. My chicken was just on this side of done. I tried to call them and talk with them, but they never answer the phone, I will NEVER eat here or order from here again. Just horrible customer service.
For the past year coming to this location Catherine has always been our drive thru cashier and expeditor. She gives the BEST customer service no matter the hour or big my order is. I wish service was like this everywhere. Thanks Catherine for your enjoy!
Food was fantastic, service could’ve been a little bit better however considering the circumstances I would imagine they’re doing the best they can. Thank you for what you do.
Just wanted an order of chicken tenders with fries. Open the box and it was drenched with hot sauce which we did not want and the french fries were so soggy from the drenching of the hot sauce they could not be eaten. Won't ever stop there again
Food was wrong on the first try. Then hard and nasty on the second try.Really?
We have just moved here from another state. And I must say your employees are the best and there attitudes are tops especially the Lady at the drive thru. You will definitely be seeing me more often.
Awesome!! Their new chicken sandwich is the absolute BEST ANYWHERE!!! Great service, the staff is always super friendly and sweet.
