I LOVE Jersey Mike's sandwiches because they're absolutely DELICIOUS ‼️SOME location(s) leave a LOT to be desired via attitude ( the west Columbia sunset Blvd location), happily, there are many locations that I can and do patronize. The food is pricey, however, worth the occasional splurge. The food is fresh, the locations are clean and well maintained, even the west Columbia location that I refuse to revisit. The locations are health compliant, masks and social distancing is still being enforced there.
Staff was very disrespectful when trying to order a large sandwich. The female worker got very annoyed when she had to upgrade my sandwich. I will not be returning to this Jersey Mike's again this is the first and last time. Upon checking Google reviews it appears at the store has a repetitive problem that's the owners need to address. Unacceptable.
I used to work at a JMS and was getting my phase three done at the time I left. This location was so disappointing. Slicer was a girl with a long brown braid. Told her my order and her anger was very obvious.I ordered a G3 on white and a R7 on wheat. Slicer started cutting my bread and grabbed a R white. I reminded her the G3 was the one on white. She scoffed and said “yeah” and then rolled her eyes when I asked for the reg to be on wheat. Sprinkler was very kind and made conversation. Slicer then hopped on reg to ring me out, gave me only vinegar when I asked for juice on side. Not sure if she didn’t notice or was just mad I corrected her on the bread. Really disappointing that a company I worked for treats customers so poorly :(
It was 8:27pm I got a phone call in front of the door I didn’t want to walk in and be rude on the telephone and when I got off of the phone don’t work or lock the door and I knocked on the door and he would not look at me then I called he says we are closed because they didn’t have enough staff to work but they were three people but the sign says they close at 9:00pm. The employees or rude. I drove for 20 minutes to get there then have too go the one further down the road too the next if it wasn’t for my wife wanting a sub sub I would have not done business with them
Dear JM, my husband ordered sandwiches from your restaurant online and went straight away to pick them up. It took about 30 minutes round trip. When I got my sandwich, a #2 at a cost of about $7.50, it was a mess. I wish I had taken a picture of it. It was “floating in mustard” and I could only manage to eat half of it. It couldn’t be saved for another time since it was already drenched in so much mustard and oil, what a waste. I wish I had a picture of it. I serious doubt I’d recommend your restaurant to anyone after this. And at this price, I expect better. My husband’s sandwich was not much better. Here’s a copy of the receipt. I’d appreciate if Jersey Mike’s would make this up to me. Heather Sox Gilbert, SC
Didn't get the order correct. Ordering was a hassle. Food was not good. Awful value for what you get. Waste of money.
Helped me out when my husband order at the wrong store . Great service
Not good. I walked in and was the only customer. I was finally asked what I wanted after a few minutes of just standing there. I was ordering two sandwiches, told them what I wanted for the first one then they walked away. After a while, I had to tell them I needed to order another sandwich. This was a disaster, as no matter how I said it, the concept of lettuce and tomato on the side was apparently a mind blowing concept that they were clearly unprepared for. I spelled out how to do it, and had to point to a suitable container for it (after they held up a sauce cup and looked at me for approval). I was asked several questions that made no sense then I began standing and waiting again. During this time, another customer entered and was apparently a buddy of one of the employees. His order was swiftly taken. It was probably 10 minutes before anything was on the grill, and both my sandwiches had to be cooked on it. Eventually my sandwiches started getting prepared, but before that, the sandwich for the buddy was finished. He paid and was out the door, long before me who was ahead of him. Of the two employees who actually spoke to me, it was as if they started 10 minutes before my arrival and had never eaten at any restaurant in their entire lives. The other two employees were doing nothing during my visit. One was on the phone the entire time, but never said a word. The other stood and looked at the bread, then went in the back where he also just stood. My food was finally ready and was placed on the counter. I had to ask for a bag to put it in, and the bag handed to me wasn’t nearly large enough to fit what had just been placed on the counter. Based on the experience I had, the is no possibility this place will stay in business.
JERSEY MIKES FOR THE WIN!
I am currently sitting outside the shop, thirty minutes after my pickup time was scheduled for. No sandwiches in sight. Instead of prioritizing WHEN sandwiches are ordered, they're pushing off online orders and building sandwiches when people come in. Maybe don't offer online ordering if you don't have the capacity to handle it. We would leave by now if we hadn't been made to pay for the sandwiches when we ordered. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service.
