Took. 10 minutes for anyone to notice we were there. There were 4 other groups that came in after us and we all sat there waiting to be seated. Our waitress was very nice, but not attentive after our food order was given. The scrambled eggs were overcooked, hard, and dry. The grits were not seasoned. The French toast was amazing! The bomb! I wish that was all I had ordered.
We enjoyed another delicious meal today at the Sunset Blvd location in Lexington. The food was cooked to perfection. Our server, Sajanna, was so welcoming and attentive. She invited us to come back tomorrow. The restaurant was very clean which added to the pleasant atmosphere. Our thanks to every employee who touched our lives there today. We will be back. Dee Senn
Nobody doesn’t like IHOP. Parking is convenient. They give you a warm welcome. The menu has something for everyone. Breakfasts are top notch. Unfortunately they don’t offer country ham which is a staple here in the South. But, they make up for it with their delicious omelettes. Service is usually prompt. Basically, the surprise is there’s no surprise. Reliably good food.
We ate here last night after my Son school play, It was my first time ever eating IHOP and Everything was very delicious. Our waitress was awesome!, She was very nice, and professional to have just started recently, and the environment was clean,very comfortable. I will definitely be going back very soon!
Food taste very good but my waitress wasn't very nice at all. We waited for at least 20 min before our bank cards we're returned and then we ask for our cards, the waitress came slammed our cards on to the table and said in a nasty tone have a good day. Three customers at two separate tables said wow did she really do that. At that point we asked to speak with the manager and we did.
My friend & I were there on Sunday morning for her birthday! The place was HOPPING (no pun intended)!! :) 'Crowded, folks waiting to be seated, wait staff running around like a finely tuned machine... We didn't wait long to be seated! Our server, Ollie, was AWESOME! Brought us beverages right away, took our order and after not too long, we both had our meals! SOOO yummy! I had a 'pancake combo' with Harvest Grain & Nut pancakes! OMG, they were fantastic! My friend had the french toast combo & liked hers too! Yes, they are short staffed, but tell me somewhere that isn't! There were no delays or issues with food! We'll be back!
Short staffed? Seems like not for the lack of people around with uniforms but because we never were welcomed nor seated and on top of it waited for good time without one soul asking out a thing not even acknowledge us. Like a ghost went in and out.dirty and the smell tell me a lot- left to do not comeback to this location
Food was great our waitress was fantastic the only thing was the hostess was not too great. Was waiting per usual and we were out in the outer waiting lobby and she got really rude about calling for us even though we were on the outer lobby that was separated by doors. If I didn't step in we would have missed our table seating. She should have walked out to the outer lobby but she decided to be rude about it.
Always delicious & my kids love it!
