ALWAYS great food, but I just had a rude employee experience so I can’t give 5 stars.I ordered and paid online, went in to pickup at 12:35 (it was ready at 12:20). I didn’t see any pickup orders on the counter where I normally pickup with no problems. Upon asking a male employee if they were running behind, a female blond employee busted into the conversation, asked my name and them bluntly threw my bag on the counter, looked away (or rolled her eyes?) and said, “I already called it out loud 7 times.”Well I’m sorry- if I’m not there, it doesn’t matter how many times you called it out. Just smile and hand me my order please ?.
Me and my boyfriend love coming in here to get subs from time to time :) super friendly staff :) and yes they still have those cute little plastic fire fighter hats and when me and my boyfriend discovered them i just had a nostalgic blast to the past lol
Excellent sub sandwiches. Courteous and friendly staff. Be patient and kind when short-staffed. A busy shop with majority online orders. Dine in available and easily social distance in dining room. Walkin orders prepared in a timely manner. Five Stars!
Prompt service! Our online order was ready and waiting for us at the prescribed time. The food was excellent as always. This is our favorite national fast-food sandwich spot.
Had a take out order paced through Uber eats. Dude threw our sandwich’s together like he was making a salad. Terrible experience. Also forgot my pickle! Strait to the trash can
Went to Firehouse at 3:00 in the afternoon. There was at least five people behind the counter all of them seem to be doing something but paying attention to me or asking me what I wanted was not on their list that day. When I came up to the counter one person was on the telephone taking an order another was just staring at me smiling and not saying a word and the rest of the crew look like they were cutting and prepping and not a single person said anything to me as I stood for 5 minutes. I decided to turn around and just say I guess you don't want my money and walked out not a single person said oh I'm sorry or let me take your order. About a year ago I was in here and I gave a negative review because it was a bad bad experience. I really thought I'd try to give it another try and apparently it's still not good.
Good food good staff
Came here at lunch and waited 30 minutes for food. I ended up having to cancel my order due to work. The staff was very apologetic and said that possibly my food was given away to another customer. When I asked for a refund, the staff had a hard time figuring out how to put the money on my credit card. Eventually a manager was able to show someone how to put the money back on my card. I think better training is definitely needed at this location
The worst service ever. The manager over charged us, didn’t put all the subs in the bag, and was rude. Will never visit this location again.
