Our server Stephen was amazing! We didn’t want for anything and the food has definitely improved since the last time. I ordered the calabash fish and it was delicious! I highly recommend coming back over and giving it a try!

We ate here last night. Our Server Madison was awesome! Our drinks were always full, our meal was delivered quickly and she went above and beyond with helping with our meal ordering questions. The food has improved a little, but the grease definitely needs to be changed. Our fried food had that old burnt grease taste to it. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

Loaded baked potato soup is actually a bowl of mashed potatoes. I ordered steamed broccoli to go with. They were raw, which is fine unless you’re expecting steamed broccoli. Not the greatest experience I’ve had there.

Food was good !!SERVICE SUCKED !!!husband and I are both good size people !!So they tried to put us in a 2 seat booth built for toddlers !!Oh sorry..went and cleaned off a table/booth with a rag/towel that looked like it had been used for past 2 months.Waited 15 minutes for server...another 15 for water.....20 minutes for food..ok with that ...but no silverware or my baked potato!!Never came back to check up....had to ask another server for check...finally got check..BUT WILL SAY FOOD ITSELF WAS GOOD !!!

Had a birthday get together with 13 people. We had the greatest server by the name of Crystal. She drives all the way from Camden to this location. Thank you for your dedication to your job and serving the public. Food was great and plenty and exactly what we ordered. We had a great experience

I know they can do better but today was not it. $58 worth of I could have just cooked at home and been better.. SMH. I had to wait for my fire cracker sticks after my order was brought out. They forgot ?. Went back in they forgot the sauce. Got home no butter or sour cream do the potato. The cheese was almost not there at all. For this to have been a loaded. The potato taste microwave and half done. The mash potatoes where sweet like the honey butter was made it in ?. The chicken was over cooked. Shrimp looked like salad shrimp. I have eaten here before dine in and out and this is just not good today.

My children took me to Fatz for Mother’s Day because I love Fatz. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food with a 9 month old And a 4 year old. It was freezing in the restaurant. We all had to wear our coats. The food was cold and some of it wasn’t done. We asked three times to speak to a manager before one came to speak to us. My daughter didn’t get her food until 20 minutes after everyone else. The manager said she just came in to this mess. When we got the bill they still charged for the ravioli that wasn’t eatable. When my daughter said something to the waitress about not paying for the ravioli she rolled her eyes. My daughter told her not to roll her eyes and the waitress walked off. We waited for her to come get the check or to even say something but she didn’t come back. We stopped another waitress and asked what to do . She finally came back and said the manager said don’t worry about it she took care of it. We didn’t know what to do. We finally walked out. I will never be back. I’m not one to complain so for me to take the time to do a review it had to be really terrible.

My family and I traveled from the downtown Columbia area to Lexington, SC to eat Fatz Cafe and was totally disappointed despite having a wonderful first experience at this location. Our server WAS great than she began to be OVERWHELMED by a party of 8 whom CAME IN AFTER US, ORDERED, AND LEFT BEFORE US. We order 1800 margaritas with double shots and the drinks took 15 minutes to come to the table (mind you it’s only 9 tables seated). My daughters food never came out and the waitress made an excuse saying the computer had a glitch. SECOND round of drinks too 10 minutes and everything else was downhill it to mention MY FISH PLATTER WAS PINK. ?. For $104 I definitely could’ve cooked and went to bed. SMH.

The workers are so friendly and the food is okay.New update.Went for breakfast on a Thursday and we were the only guests in the restaurant. Food came out fresh but they forgot the eggs on the meatlovers biscuits and gravy. Spicy sausage is an understatement as this meat is crazy hot.A biscuit is not included with the build your own breakfast so you have to order separately or decide between one other side like grits, or hashbrowns. The thick bacon is too thick and I love some bacon! Half of it was cooked as the other half was just undercooked fat.Ordered a side of French Toast and it was great. Our waitress only had our table and we never got refills on water and even put the glass at the edge of the table.Salt shakers were dirty and stick. Floor was worse than a bar floor as it was so sticky. Both bathroom trashcans were overflowing on the floor and it was only 10:30 in the morning.

Previous employee here. I got takeout and one of the girls at the take-out stand was extremely rude and I said absolutely nothing to her. Then out of nowhere she says “I don’t really care if you work here” I was confused, I didn’t say anything back because I didn’t want it to escalate. I let the manager (at the time) Nichole know and she sort laughed it off and definitely did not care. The first 2-3 weeks was enjoyable and lots of friendly staff but it seems like Fatz is floundering. I don’t have anything nice to say. Food is a 6/10Not to mention I saw multiple cockroaches while in the kitchen and other employees eating rolls. Yes you read that right.Used to like Fatz, will never go there again.
