Was seated but waited a half hour to get someone to take our order, waited another 10 minutes before having to find someone to ask where the appetizer was and was told they were just super busy. Waited another 10 mi for appetizer Appetizer was cold… breading warm inside frozen. Waited another 10 min and finally left. We had been sitting at the booth for over an hour and never met our server. Will never go back
So I Just Left This Place, & Let Me Tell You!!! I've Been Wanting to Try Them For a While...It Was Recommended, but Little Did I Know Its More Than one...Server Started Out, Very Rude, & Uppidty...I Tried to Look Past It...I Tried to Have a Date, & It Was Completely Ruined...We Were Doing Alright Before We Went Here...I Dont Even Know Where to Start...So After The Rudeness, We Waited a Good While Before We Were Approached...Chips & Dip, Was For Starters...Brought to US in The Middle Of a Pandemic with 1 Salsa for Dipping...Asked For More/ Seperate & Felt Like We Was Pulling Out Teeth...Never Were We Asked Were We Alright, I Ordered a Fajita Dish, With No Beef, & You Would Expect a Decent Amount Of Chicken...Picture Shows its, I Touched Nothing...Server Was IMMEDIATELY Asked Before Leaving Was This Worth Seventeen Dollars...She Couldn't Respond...Not 2 Mention, NO Tortillas Arrived With This...Just Rice...All Bad...We Asked For Sauce, it Was Brung in a Togo Cup, & The Mexican Hot Sauce Never Arrived...We Asked For a Few Things, & Never Got Them...Had to Go Up Front & Get Out Utensils, Smh...No Napkins Provided...We Then Let Them Know that We Didn't Want This Entrée...Pure Attitude!!! She Said, Whats The Problem; We AGAIN Showed Her...It Was Burnt, No Veggies, & Just a Very Unappealing Plate...They Were Not Attentive, Unsympathetic, & Low Key Racist...I Haven't Been Profiled Like That Since The Dennys Days/Lawsuit...I Ran Quick, but Not Before Paying...No Tip Though...So As We're Leaving, I Get a Business Call...I Her My Date Say Something, & Turned Around Only to See The Other Server Running After Us...He Says, U Forgot to Pay...Smh, Now If I Wasn't On a Call He Woulda Got Cursed Out...He Then, Looks at The Receipt & Says Sorry, Smh...You Will Never Get Any Of My Money, Or My People For That Fact at ANY Location
I live within walking distance of San Jose. However, I prefer the short drive for decent arrow y frijoles. The food was good including the guacamole which had lemon juice and not smooth but just the right texture. The salsa was flavorful which added more flavor to the meat. This is definitely my new spot for fajitas, tacos rice and beans.
Very disappointed in this restaurant my son ordered steak fajitas we waited over 30 minutes after everyone else got their food and all it was was a plate of onions and peppers there was literally two pieces of steak not even enough to make one fajita and the manager did not even help us out with the bill I should’ve NOT paid for it but I did but that’ll be the last time I ever go back to that restaurant. I don’t know how people get think this place is good that’s the second time I’ve been there and it’s definitely the last
Slowest service I’ve ever had. We sat for 20 minutes before even having our order taken then another 40 waiting on food with nobody checking on us. Go to San Jose and save yourself the time and stress! Spent $70 only to have to leave and feed everyone AGAIN. I can’t tell you enough to not waste your money
It took the boy 20 minutes to come to the table to get the order. Then didn't get to finish ordering and he was demanding the menu back!! Wanted an adult beverage forafter the meal but didnt get to have that! The food was ok. Could have been hot though.Never got a refill on the drinks we did get. He was rude and not friendly in any way! I'll spend my $50. elsewhere next time!
Food was fantastic!! That being said, service wasn’t pleasant at all and we welcomed in awkwardly. If they figured out their hospitality, place could be a gem.
Really great food, it was our first visit only because none of the others were open... but a great find! The food was great!! Fair prices and nice authentic looking restaurant
Always good food. Friendly service. Love the jalapeno margaritas! Better than almost anyone else's, because they use a jalapeno-infused tequila.
Best Mexican food in town. Great servings and good place to visit.
