Drive thru was packed but cars moved through quickly. Ordered toasted bagels with cream cheese. Plenty of cream cheese and yummy bagel. Friendly service. Thanks!
Definitely the unfriendliest DD I’ve ever been to! This makes the 2nd time we’ve been to this particular Dunkin Donuts while traveling. Each time the customer service is so lacking! This visit we walk in & say good morning and the employee just looks at you. & says what can I get for you?This morning they did not put the lid on my coffee cup all the way and when I went to take a sip, coffee spilled all over my shirt! A good morning and a smile goes a long way.
Absolutely horrible service. This was at one point my favorite location but whoever the new older female manager is, SHE’S RUINING BUSINESS! Her disposition with the other employees is cold and nasty. I felt so sorry for the pretty eyed girl at the window. I believe her name was Courtney. She was super sweet but that lady’s eye rolling and nastiness overshadowed the good. BRING BACK MY TATTOOED LADY AND THE GIRL WITH THE LOCS! My mornings just haven’t been the same without them nor has the customer service at this location. And I’m pretty sure those girls don’t wash their hands after returning from smoke breaks because I’ve literally had my food wrapper smell of cigarettes and I don’t smoke so I can identify the smell immediately! Absolutely disgusting
Manager sitting in the restaurant decided to make up a temporary rule after we were standing looking at donuts for a few minutes that they were only taking mobile orders inside. The guy at the window confirmed this when I asked how long they would not let anyone inside without a mobile order that it was just while ue was being trained...wow. Terrible service I feel bad for the new employee he seemed so nice too.
Ordered the iced cake batter latte twice and both times they didn’t put the whipped cream or sprinkles on it like it was supposed to have. Very annoying when i’m paying for a drink and expect it to look like it at least has the same ingredients as the picture

Do not recommend the munchkin donut holes. Walmart tastes better. Also they are only drive thru.
CeCe and staff did an awesome job saving the day! Last minute put together 5 boxes of Coffee and over 300 munchkins. Can’t thank you enough - plus everything was perfect (cups,ids, creamer, etc)Great job!
Stopped to get an unsweet tea in the middle of the day ( 2 pm) and was told they didn’t have any made. They didn’t offer to brew any tea and it came across as very lazy.
