I frequent several Dunkin Donuts in the surrounding areas especially for the Coffee, I prefer Dunkin to Crispy Cream I guess it's a NY/NJ thing. I happened to stop by the S lake location because it's open til 8pm which is great and a extremely polite young lady by the name of Danna took my order and let me tell you she made my afternoon a lot brighter she went out of her way to satisfy me even though it was nearing closing and supplies were low I left the store satisfied with a smile kudos Danna for a job well done you're a true professional ?

Staff was so helpful..Had a coupon on my phone that wouldn't scan..They got it to work..

Love love staff are so kind and friendly ❤️ ❤️

Stopped here off a long trip just now. First, I sat at the drive thru saying hello for almost 5 minutes before deciding to go inside. Second, NO BAGELS OR CROISSANTS?!?! Still decided to grab a signature latte (I love them!!) Unfortunately, my latte was watered down hardly no ice.. it was not good!

I ordered a Caramel Ice Latte and received something terrible! It had no flavor and was entirely made with water, no milk. Better off getting a Frappe from McDonald's!

Went there today to get a salted caramel iced latte. Informed me they were out of whipped cream to which I said no problem I just want the 3 dollar medium. Ordered 2 of them they said 9.18 was my total, got to the window and there was a girl there. I asked why it was 9.18 and she said because we aren't doing that price anymore so I said we'll you should take down the sign and to which she replied very rude with a snotty tone I haven't gotten the time to take it down yet. Don't think I should have to pay 9.18 for something that is clearly 3 dollars on the menu board and dealing with a rude teenager also. Exchanged some words with the girl at the window but I will not be back there they are horrible at customer service and hire a bunch of kids to work there and they don't care about being nice to people. Calling corporate on Monday morning since they are only open Monday through Thursday.

Drive thru was busy but I was able to run right jn a grab a coffee and a snack.

Super slow don't have any drinks machines are always down order kept gettingd messed up

The banished stepchild of local DD franchises, South Lake Drive's staff of 12 year olds is on deck to serve the nastiest version of your DD favorites. Don't come here to order seasonal drinks because they don't offer them. At least the peppermint mocha evoked mint and chocolate for a moment before disintegrating into a distinct cleaning fluid taste. The standard iced mocha latte my friend ordered was mediocre but good enough. The service was memorable by experiencing child labor first hand. Anyone interested in sociociolgy and zoomer squared culture would enjoy the confused, safe space seeking nature of the employees. They are not ready for the public yet. Only patron this location as a last resort!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. My family and I have not eaten out anywhere since covid started. After all of us finally being vaccinated and a few days before Christmas, we decided to treat the kids to donuts as a surprise. I arrived today at around 3pm and as I walked in the door noticed 2 guys (customers? No, they had no food or drinks that I saw) sitting at a table laughing and all 4 girls behind the counter just standing there and giggling. I grabbed a milk and went to stand by the register when one of the girls finally came over and said Is there something I can help you with? I said "yes, where are all the donuts?" There was literally 3 blueberry muffins and a few donut holes. Every other spot for donuts was empty. The girl said "We're out." No explanation as to why they were out or if she could get me anything else, or even if they were making any more. Just a nonchalant "we're out." I said "Well, I guess I don't need anything" as I put the milk back. As I was walking out the door I got the most insincere "sorry about that" I have ever heard. Everything was just a big joke to these kids. All 4 of the girls standing shoulder to shoulder behind the counter and doing nothing. Just ridiculous. You're a donut shop- your job is to sell donuts. Oh and whoever the manager is of this store. You're just paying a bunch of teenagers to sit on your clock, doing absolutely nothing but play around, instead of actually helping your customers. Worst experience ever. Will NOT be back. But you better believe corporate will hear about your store.
