We come here very often, at least once a week, & every single time, our order is never right. The staff is almost always goofing off inside, flirting with the guys that swing through (like hanging out the window flirting), some don’t even say a word to you when you get to the window, & over all a little disrespectful. We will sometimes MAYBE get a nice worker, but for the most part, it’s just honestly disappointing how they behave & that our order is almost never right. This location is seriously going down hill & needs help.
Super disappointed with this location. I was glad that I wouldn’t have to go into town to get coffee but this one sucks. The location is HORRIBLE. I have been to it several times and EVERY time they are out of something in my order. Today I sat in line for over 30 minutes to finally make it to the speaker to read a sloppy note stating that their card reader is broken so you have to pay with cash or pay inside. What’s the point in having a drive thru if you still have to go inside to pay? The only reason I gave the rating two stars is because my Charlie’s have been slamming in the past.
EVERYTIME....AND I DO MEAN EVERYTIME we come here they have nothing that we are ordering. Today it was glazed donuts. How is it that they never have menu items? I've asked for certain sandwiches....we don't have them. I've asked for chocolate donuts....we don't have them. I asked....WELL what do you have?? It's unreal and extremely frustrating. I won't be coming back. TOO many times and too many chances.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst location I’ve ever been too. Every time I order on the app, 15 minutes later they claim they still haven’t received my order. Everyone there is unprofessional and rude. When I do get my order, it’s always incorrect. They are also out of everything all the time. Avoid this location if you can.
This place is the worst managed Dunkin. You can order mobile to go a half hour before and when you get there they start making it. What the point? This has happened every time I’ve order mobile. One employee told me she didn’t want it to get cold so she waited for me to arrive before preparing. Mind boggling bad
Sooooo slow. You wait forever to give your order. Then, when you get to the window, you wait another several minutes for someone to come to the window to accept your payment and give you your order. What's going on here? Don't come when you're in a hurry, you won't be happy.
Really awesome Dunkin' location in Lexington SC with some of the best staff at any Dunkin' I've been to. The coffee is always excellent and the donuts and bagels taste fresh, too.The store is usually pretty clean, and the staff are really understanding and will help if you mess up an order or are trying to use your Dunkin' rewards app.The only issue with this location is how difficult it is to turn out of the parking lot. The visibility around the corner when turning out is terrible, and the bushes that obstruct the view to your left make the turn sort of blind, especially in summer months. Aside from this, great place!
Young lady at the window gave me some free hot chocolate when she realized it wasn't on my order as requested! I love Dunkin's
If you don't have 15 mins to wait for a cup of coffee don't stop here!!! I sat at the drive thru window way too long, all these young kids inside just walking around talking not working. I tried to get one of them to come to the window and she just looked at me like a I was crazy. I will never go back to this Dunkin and this is not the first time I've had a bad experience either!!!
