Last time I order from Dominos. Support local businesses that care.Ordered a pizza on a weekend night. Saw the wait would be an hour minimum which was fine. Saw my food was in the oven about an hour later, that same food was delivered to me 2 hours later. So I waited 3 hours for cold, hard pizza.Called the manager who told me he would refund the order. Called back a few days later to ask if it was gonna get refunded he assured me it was.Today is March 06th and no refund.Garbage pizza, garbage service.
Very disappointing that the app doesn’t tell you it will be almost 2 hours for delivery. With all our modern technology, they should be able to tell that. Cancelled my order after an hour.
I don't take the time to write reviews very often but this location deserves a 5 star rating! I ordered 30 pizzas the day of the National Championship! I know that is a busy day for pizza orders. It was my bad for waiting until 3PM to put the order in to pick up at 7:00 but the manager and staff were awesome! They had it done and with a smile on their face. The phone was ringing off the hook and I know it was a stressful time. I appreciate the delicious pizzas and the awesome customer service!
Ordered pizza online. Over an hour and a half later, no food. Contacted the store about 30 minutes after order was placed, was told it would go out in about 10 minutes. After contacting the store again and asking if my food would be hot at that point, I was met with “should be” when I asked again to confirm, because “should be” isn’t so confident. I was placed on hold without any warning. I drove to the store to obtain a refund or my pizza, the manager was the gentlemen who so kindly placed me on hold.(I was still on hold while standing in the store and while inside, the phone was ringing off the hook, non corporate music blaring loudly…)I advised I wanted a refund and the general managers information, I was denied. Once I indicated my intent to call corporate he became a little agitated and told me to have a good day. Still no refund or pizza or general manager information.He then placed a call to someone and walked away, still no resolve. I was given no assurance my refund had been placed right then, $70 for pizza I could’ve taken elsewhere.Have since contacted corporate and awaiting resolution and a refund.Stay away or find another location. Could probably get to NY for real pizza quicker anyway..
this store is very, very busy. On 12/18/2021, 6:30 pm, I ordered online and did not pay attention to the estimated delivery time. It said 126 - 137 minutes - basically 2+ hours. It showed up at almost 11 pm. I called several times after 9 PM and got an automated answer telling me to hold to place my order. They never picked up. The whole order was, I'll just say, not good.
It took almost 3 hours to deliver our pizza order when it was promised in 79-90 minutes. When I called at 2 hours to find out where our order was I was told they stopped making orders so the food didn't get cold and offered a $5 coupon.
This is the worst dominoes I have ever ordered from. They did not fulfill our order and fought giving us compensation for their mistake. Once talking to their management, they were rude and refuse to compensate for their mistakes. They were rude and I would never order from them again. Don’t waste your time or order. We didn’t even get compensated from them canceling the order.
$60 for 2 pizzas waited OVER an hour...couldn’t find our order & manager refused to even offer a discount!!!! There are much better places you could eat in Lexington for $60!!!! Don’t waste your time!!! Order Marcos!!!!

It was an awful experience buying a pizza at Domino's located at Columbia avenue, Lexington, SC. I would give no star if possible. I ordered a pizza about 5pm for delivery. I waited for an hour and half and decided to go over there since the pizza had already a hour out of oven. They kept changing the time of delivery. When someone ask delivery it's because he/she doesn't want to go out! When I arrived to the store I noticed the disaster they have. They are preparing order and order and then They do not deliver. There were a little people waiting for their pizzas, it took me about 20.minutes inside so I could get my order. I won't buy anymore at Domino's. Besides their pizzas are the worst I have ever tasted.
