Just no. The first time we went we ordered two blizzards. Both were beyond soupy and watery, literally spilling out from the cup/cones they put on the cup. We literally had to pull over and eat it quickly to where it wouldn't spill.Went back yesterday thinking maybe our first visit was a fluke and the machine needed cleaned or something, but no luck. Ordered 5 blizzards for our fam. While the service was quick, we ended up with running over watered down blizzards that could not be turned upside down due to how liquidy they were. We, once again, had to shovel in the ice cream to prevent it from running over the cups even more. It was a MESS and in no way what a blizzard is supposed to be.
I was so wanting a blizzard from DQ and drove out of our way to this establishment. Went inside and waited for about 5 minutes till someone showed up only to tell me it’s drive through only. The counter tops were a mess with ice cream and everything else possible laying all around. So we started in the drive through line but after waiting 10 minutes without moving we were going to be late for a soccer game so we just left. It’s so sad to see a business like this run so poorly!! Don’t bother stopping here.
Do not go to this DQ. My wife and I received milked down versions of a blizzard that would fall right out of the cup if turned upside down. Employees are very rude and will tell you "not everything can be perfect". Save your money and go to Sonic.
Wish I could rate it no stars. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before wasting your money in this establishment. Waited 20 mins for 4 cones. The dude didn’t even know how to make a twist cone. I would’ve loved to attach a picture to this review but the damn ice cream was handed to me half melted. Judging by the typical response from the owner on the other reviews they don’t care about the establishment and how poorly it’s ran and it shows by their lack of ability to address the issues. Seriously just take your business elsewhere because this place doesn’t deserve anyones money.
First DQ I've ever been to I was unsatisfied with their blizzard. Service was quick, it was upside down a moment, but it was ruined by a sour taste. It's like the mix was old or the machine hadn't been cleaned.Was just passing through so won't be back to this one for sure.
Don't bother... Have tried going here multiple times but the drive thru line (only service available) is EXTREMELY slow. Sat in line for 10 minutes and didn't move an inch. Finely gave up and backed up and went into the attached gas station to get a drink instead. You could see there was only one employee working and he made a sloth look energetic. This location needs some attention from DQ corporate. Don't bother unless you have the entire night to waste.
Worst Dairy Queen ever! Waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru line for 2 Blizzards with only 2 cars in front of us! Will not go back!
I have been waiting 50 minutes in line for ice cream... at this point I'm just waiting to see how long it can take... ridiculous are they milking the cow and making the ice cream fresh?
Not user friendly. This DQ is Drive-thru only. No in-store, phone or online ordering. To order a cake you must use the drive through window. The line at the window can take up to 30 minutes (yes, that’s what it took last time to order two cones). Twice we have been at the store during the posted operating hours only to find it closed. Very strange.
They are never open on a regular schedule. I was just there and everything was dark and not ready for operating, at 11am. The cashier next door said she had no idea when someone would be there to open.
