Cookies are huge and delicious! This was my first time going because it was an hour and 15 min away and I’m so glad that they are building one 20 min away
This place is absolutely amazing! The cookies are delicious and the store was super cute and clean. The staff all greeted me with a smile and they had my order ready to go as soon as I walked in the door. The gentleman who gave me my order was super friendly and nice. I just ordered my 2nd box and will be a repeat customer.
Cookie may be great, service not so much. Ordered an hour ahead for curbside pickup - listed car description and paid online. The app would not let me check in at the curb. My husband went in, and they didn’t want to give him the order with the confirmation, screenshot of order, car as described etc. they were not ready in time a lot chosen. It was a huge hassle for something that should be seamless.
I heard that this place was the bomb. Pre-ordered thinking we could walk in and pick them up. Pick up time was 715 it’s 7:45 and we watched our box sit and get bypassed and other boxes were filled after ours with the cookies we were waiting on. We were 2nd in line the whole time according to the app, then they closed it out as complete but it was not we were still waiting another 15 minutes. The staff was working hard just lacked organization. Cookies look good, but I will chose not to visit this place again due to the 30 minute wait when I pre-ordered them 30 minutes before I got there. Unless they give their staff more training on priority service.
These cookies are amazing! Always switching flavors weekly and never a disappointing flavor!! The cookies are huge too, and they freeze really well!!! So yummy! ???
For some reason, my card was not going through even though I know for a fact it was on and had more than enough funds to cover everything. Fortunately for me, there was an amazing employee, Isaiah, that helped me out and paid everything for me. Isaiah, thank you so much for your hospitality & help. Many blessings to you!I also highly recommend Crumbl because the cookies & ice cream are insanely good and the customer service is always impeccable!
The service and of course the cookies are always amazing! I’ve never been disappointed with my orders and it’s been correct and on time every time. Highly recommend going if you want a sweet treat for yourself or to give!
I went here last night on 12/4/2021 honestly was not impressed !!! All 4 of my cookies tasted like Peppermint! And the sad part is NONE OF THEM WERE PEPPERMINT COOKIES. I ordered 2 Buttermilk pancake cookies , 1 Hot Chocolate and 1 Snickerdoodle and ALLLLLL of them tasted as if the cookie dough itself was base in peppermint!!!! Worst taste ever !!! Not to mention when I placed my order it was given to someone else, I watched her walk back in giving my cookies that I ordered back to the lady behind the counter . Then when I inquired about how long my order was going to take , she then was able to “find” it and say oh it was right here …. Remind you it was the same box a customer returned … don’t think I’ll be returning Insomnia Cookies are wayyyyyyyy better no peppermint taste at all !!!
