Most food is good but the bacon no matter what it's on is deep fried and hard as a rock instead of done right on a grille.Customer service pretty good but bad manage from the CEO to the shift managers. Seem to care more about profit than employees or customers.

I’m sorry CookOut but the food these days is sub par to say the least. I get the price increase but price increases AND portion decreases? The food has went downhill and it’s so bad my teenagers won’t even eat it now whereas they use to love this place. The burgers are burnt, the Cajun chicken sandwich literally tastes and looks like it was threw on the open coals of a not once cleaned fire pit. I will always love the shakes and cheesecake and I’ll even add the blt but everything else leaves something to be desired. Just bc it’s still somewhat cheaper to eat here vs a restaurant doesn’t mean people will continue to pay for and eat bad, poor quality food. Listen to your customers and make the appropriate changes. I would rather pay more for better food
I remember when this place used to be something special. Last two times I went the food quality was so bad I could not eat it. The ONLY way I'd be willing to go back or at the least update my review is if MGMT reaches out. They said they would and they never did and I'm so disappointed. If y'all are hungry just go to taco bell or burger king down the street. This location is trash!
I like onion but this is insane and burned burger Pattie’s as well. Plus the person in the window almost mess up my order. I can’t reach them by phone.
Although each of the burgers we ordered were wrong and the portions of onion rings and cheese bites were small, the shakes made up for that. Is 4 onions correct and 6 cheese bites? It's been awhile since I've visited a Cookout but I'm pretty sure I had more to my sides on previous visits.
Y'all need to go back to the burger side you had when you first opened! Not a fan of the burger here lately
