We love this place in Lexington. I am very satisfied with this store, the quality of their ice cream is always top!!My wife also enjoys a lot coming here. If you never been to this one just give it atry and if you are a ice cream lover, definitely you will like this place. The staff is always nice and quick. Very good!!

Ice cream shop. Excellent experience in that I picked my ingredients for my basic ice cream . Definitely recommend. Inside or air fresco dining.
I absolutely love cold stone. Today I dropped by to get my usual on my way home, I was eating almost done and a LONG blonde hairstrand in my ice cream. Took my whole appetiteaway. Working with food team members need a hairnet.
The ice cream was amazing; they have many specialty flavors that they mix right there on the slab in front of you and they do it all pretty quickly. I will say that it is a bit pricey but it isn't out of line with what you're getting in terms of quality, this definitely isn't Dairy Queen.
My daughter and I came in a few weeks ago to get some of this delicious ice cream. The customer service was great but the ice cream was a little melted. Devastating. I am in fact worried about dress code, a young girl should NOT be wearing “booty short” as the youngins say. But again the ice cream was fantastic, would come again!
My daughter brought me hete for my 80th birthday . I wanted a banana split. Since Sandys.Are now closed, only ice cream we could find open. They cut up bananas in a cup & pile ice cream with toppings on top. Disgusting. That is not a Banana Split in ice cream business to put all ingredients in a small coffee cut , put banana in bottom &Disgustingling. Add rest. Won't be back. Will tell everyone, don't waste your time or money . Ashamed
i came here almost a week ago with my nephew, i wasn’t impressed at all. it was very sloppy, the employees or shall i say the “family” didn’t have good attitudes at all. i will not be returning back here. also tropical smoothie is better.
My wife and I go there allot ! Great service and great ice cream ! It might be because of covid because we noticed new people and the person that did my wifes order was new and you could tell because she messed the order up pretty good ! Maybe train your employees before they work the front line !
