Tried this location for the first time. First thing I noticed was the blinding light because of the lack of shades on the windows. The second thing I noticed was the flies buzzing around the restaurant. The third thing I noticed when I got home was this “burrito” seriously guys? This is how you fold a burrito? Extremely disappointed with this Chipotle’s to say the least.
This location is terrible, 75% of the time they don’t have dressing for the salads and their hot ingredients look like they have been sitting in the hot tray for hours.Employees at this location are always very friendly though.
I was the first customer into the businessEarly morning, and the manager walks in smelling like a cigarette barrel not speaking nor washing his hands went straight into the kitchen! No hospitality for patron’s… Not friendly at all…Will not go back to that establishment!Customer service is a must for meTo enjoy the experience…
A husband and wife duo decided to tag team me with a lists of rules, regulations and don'ts! While ordering my son's meal. I asked the associate to view my son's order from my cell as I held it up for her to read ( as I generally do) for 1. It's easier for the server to read and prepare the food in order vs. Skipping all over the counter.2. I am disabled and can't see very well3. I am a customer and did not ask of the associate to perform any duty inwhich was illegal and or beyond serving the. Customer
Always great food and atmosphere! This store is always super clean and the employees are on point! Love the steak bowls and the huge portions for the price.
Went in there to get 2 burrito bowls they forgot to put chicken on it, asked them to add it to make it correct they put it in 1 small side container which didn’t even amount to having two portions, the food area was disgusting and needed cleaned up
Most employees at this location are very polite and helpful. Just this one guy!Slender dark haired guy, was a total jerk, then witnessed him arguing and insulting another employee non-stop. That's the kind of thing that makes me NOT WANT TO GO BACK.
Meh, first off who gets chips without salsa... I mean I know they're out there, but let's assume we want it with our chips, so when the lady asked if I wanted chips said yes assuming they were charging me extra, since she asked, she offered salsa but I declined, just said no thank you and left. No details but she was just rude and disrespectful about is, just try to take a breath I know its not the best right now.
Food was amazing!! They're tofu is also tasty if you like spicy food!!!
Food was standard Chipotle, nothing to complain about there. I always find it a bit more flavorful that comparable mexican take out chains. Rice does have cilantro in it, so if you have the gene where cilantro tastes like rice, you may have an issue. I had no problems with staff or cleanliness of the store when I visited.Taking 1 star off due to location. Its pretty tricky to get into/out of as there is only the one entrance to the small parking lot and it is a right in-right out only driveway. So if you need to take a left going either way you have to wind through a parking lot and find your way to the store. Also, there seemed to be a small amount of parking in the area.
