Absolutely delicious! Finally a decent meal from a Chinese restaurant in the Lexington area. A bit on the spicy side but that’s the way we like it. Price was also reasonable. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Ordered luncheon special for 2 today.Shrimp w/ broccoli and beef w/ broccoli, dumplings and egg roll.Both lunch meals were done to perfection. Beef was very tender, Shrimp was soft and bite sized. Was also given extra fortune cookies.Will order again and again.
This restaurant has the best Chinese food in Lexington and Columbia! You must try the lemon pepper wings! If you love wonton soup you’ll be so happy you chose China house. All of the food is delicious. You will also receive fast and friendly service.
(Update April 11,2022) I stopped going here because they now will give you re-fried chicken. I don't think it's fair that we customers spend our hard earn money for the food that we like and they screw us over by giving us chicken that was fried earlier. I knew it was something off about my chicken. It definitely wasn't fresh. I went there one day to place an order in person and while I was at counter, I seen the cook grab chicken out the box that were already fried and placed them in the deep fryer. That's when I knew I was right. Maybe this explains how no matter how much food you order, it will still be ready in 10 minutes because it was made in advance.
All food pretty good, except sweet n sour chicken. Egg rolls were The best Id ever had. Not now! Last few months food has not been quite as good and now the egg rolls are horrible.

Had to throw my food away! As soon as I opened the plate it smelled like straight trash. I don’t know if they’re giving out bad food but that smell was horrible!
This is a decent Chinese food place. I live less than 3 miles away. But make sure if you like Moo Goo Gai Pan to specify no celery. Also specify white ? rice. The thing I deducted 1 star is due to the fact they have no brown rice, only fried. That is not a choice I would voluntarily select. The hot and sour soup is good.
The food is not good, the rice they serve you there seems to have been preserved for many days, I do not recommend it.
I really enjoy this restaurant. Employees are always nice, prices are fair, service is fast. The only thing that cost them a star is they canceled my favorite dish. The bone in spare ribs. Sadly, the boneless ribs are just horrible. I have ordered them twice now and thrown them away twice.I will definitely be going back. I will just have to find something else to eat when I do.
