I mean thank God a white person came in for service AND cut in front of me or I’d probably still be standing there waiting for my order that was sitting there ready the whole time I waited. I don’t mind waiting, if you are I busy I get it. You saw me standing there waiting a good ten minutes, but as soon as a white person came in they instantly dropped their task and brought the next person food up hot and ready. Food never touched the counter, meanwhile mine was getting cold directly in front of me. I spend my money here all the time, they knew my name for my order before me telling them and yes I always tip. So that's not the issue.

This is the best Chili’s I have ever been to!! Moved here a little over a year ago and this restaurant is way different than all the others! The employees are happy and appear to love working there. The food is always amazing and cooked to perfection!! Wave was our server and she was phenomenal! Definitely give this Chilis a try!
Order from here quite often through Door Dash and the chili has been watered down the past few times we've ordered. Lack of spice, lack of meat, extra peppers, and watery. Also, please double check the order and bags before sending them out to the dasher. I was given fries as a side instead of the chili I ordered. Which ended up being ok, because the chili my husband got was watered down and not good. But there is no excuse for not double checking bags before they go out your door. One more thing, where's the potato soup that was on the door dash menu? You've removed it. One of my favorite items to get. Not sure we'll order from here again for awhile until the food is back up to par where it's always been.Edit: Decided to try again, they were so good, used to be. Here's my raw steak I just got through door dash. I had to cook it myself as you can clearly see. I asked for well, got raw. You also missed the bbq sauce, and asked for NO tortilla strips in the chili and y'all put them in the bottom and on top! We will for sure not be back. Please don't contact me with any coupons again either.
great service from everyone! Beth did an amazing job. food was great too, I recommend the turkey club if you want something light.
Went with party of 7 on lunch break and waitress was horrible. She acted as if we were disturbing her when we ordered and asked questions about the menu. She kept sighing upon taking each order. We were nice and polite but she still seemed disturbed. She didn't come to bring out our food the manger did. We weren't given condiments until we asked the manager. He was nice. She never asked if we needed refills for drinks or checked to see if we were ok.
Our food was great. The wait staff was overwhelmed. Our waiter would go off for fresh drinks and before he could get them, he would be redirected to delivery food to another table. The Monday night fajitas deal caught my eye and I was very glad it did. The fajitas were excellent.
Christi was a fantastic bartender, we are from Tennessee we showed up 30 minutes before closing time and she waited on us like we were regulars. Great customer service. She definitely deserves a raise! I will definitely be back!
Nice place plenty of food. We have the special 3 for $10.99 it is a great deal. I had the old timer with cheese which is a hamburger with cheese and I had broccoli on the side. It also came with a soft drink or iced tea. I had the salad as well. The service was great.
I love this Chilis location!!! The staff and management work so well together and are always so friendly and helpful. I have dined at this restaurant and also worked doing DoorDash and Uber Delivery with them. They always fix any problem fast and very kindly. Amazing food and I always look for ward to dinning and working with them!
