I came here today for some nuggets and had the most humbling experience! My card got declined (later found out that the bank blocked it bc of fraudulent activity) and a little girl that works here, makenna, without skipping a beat, pulled out her phone and paid for my food. She brought me to tears; kudos to your parents makenna, they have a lot to be proud of!
This establishment is near my home. While I do not eat out often, I give myself a treat on occasion. This time I dined inside. The space was orderly and clean; the staff was outstanding. The food? It was Chick-fil-A at its very best!
Great location! I love the customer service from Chick-fil-A and this location didn't disappoint!!! Fast, courteous, and even reminded my wife about the app so we can get more points.
Service was great, food was okay. They pay a fair wage so I'm going to give them another shot. Just not in the mood for chicken lately
Chick-fil-A located at 378 @ I20 was very helpful. Their staff were pleasant, and pretty quick. And, the food was as good as one expects from their restaurants. Everything was fresh and hot. It was also nice to dine in.
Me and my friend went and the person that served us was Keys. They were extremely nice and very helpful. I’m definitely coming back for that kind of service.

Any company that operates a drive through need only follow chick-fil-A example. Keep up the great job.
I have never had to wait like Today the drive thru people were standing around and not walking to the cars like they normally do.. no offense it was better during covid.. the girls that are giving out the food need to do that instead of rubbing there heads and belly and make cars move if there orders are not ready .... i have never had such poor service at this location
