We usually love Chick-fil-A, but we had a bad experience at this one. We ordered 2 market salads with fried chicken strips. Fortunately, we checked our order before we left the window and found that they had given us grilled chicken instead, which we don’t care for. We pointed this out and asked that they change it. We were told that they couldn’t because all they had were the prepared salads in the refrigerator and they were out of lettuce to make more. I asked them to just take the grilled chicken off and put some fried chicken strips in their place. They refused to do that so we just got our money back and ate elsewhere.
A co worker ordered a 30 piece nuggets to split and recieved someone else's order. Which was just one sandwich and fries and a Mac and cheese. All of this happening on one of the most bust days for sunset due to a light post being knocked into the road we have no way to get back down there. We got no refund but were offered a free meal next time. So now only one of us ate lunch today. Good job guys
Pretty frustrated after I online ordered ahead and then was in the drive thru line at 10:15 and didn’t get my order processed in time, so my breakfast order had to be cancelled. I have seen this line way longer and gotten through faster than I did today. The person taking the orders on my side was only doing the car immediately next to the window instead of moving up the line like they usually do(and was being done on the side opposite). Pretty upset with this as I wasn’t gotten to until 10:35 and it could have easily been avoided. I then proceeded to wait in the line until 10:50. If I had known it would take this long I would have skipped it entirely.
Extremely disappointed in this establishment. We ordered via the app and it took almost an hour to get our food. When we got to the window we were asked to pull forward and ten more cars got food behind us before they even communicated that they needed our name again for the order. We were given two free cookies for the inconvenience. Not even an apology. Will not be coming here again.
Never had a problem, have always been thru the drive thru and they are normally quick and get the orders done quickly and good people doing them to. They will get real busy sometimes but they still get to everyone in a quick timely manner.
Went though the drive thru for chicken nuggets to sneak in the movie theater! For a long drive thru line, it's fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly! Overall a good experience and I'll be returning!Four stars because it was a box of a dozen nuggets. There were twelve in the box, but also a few "pieces and whatnots" mixed it. Seems they could have been filtered out. It's not that I'm not appreciative, but the smaller pieces were overcooked.
I have found recently in the last 3 months that the quality of the Chicken patties has not been to the Chick-FIL-A standards that I'm accustomed to. It appears to only be from this store. I work in Aiken SC an the store at that location has no issue with quality. I find the chicken patties to be very thin and the meat is not tender as it use to be. I'm hoping the owner is listening to these comments and take act.
This is hands down the best chicken sandwich ever! The staff are always friendly and outgoing and they offer the best customer service. No matter how long the line they keep it moving and are still attentive!

My first time coming to a chic-fil-A. People taking your order in person instead of a regular type drive thru is a nice idea for personalism. This particular location has a very messy and confusing parking area and drive thru lanes that were a bit off putting and lead to the only 4 stars.
