Restaurant advertises they close at 10pm. We pulled up at 9:39pm. Doors were locked and people inside. Lights were on. Lady sitting at desk wouldn’t turn around. We knocked on the window behind her. She turned around and shut the lights off and walked off. This is the second time this has happened. We went to San Jose instead and they close at 10 as well and they let us in the door at 9:50. We will never go back to Chapala in red bank.
Always a good experience. Excellent food and great prices. Sometimes service is slow due to staffing issues, but that's everywhere now. The staff is always super nice though
this was the worst mexican cuisine ive ever had. salsa, guacamole not fresh.my bean burritos tortillas were not fully cooked and the waitress charged for 2 orders when i only wanted 1.
I can’t believe people actually gives 4 stars. The food was bland, undercooked, watery and no seasoning. Quality is a zero and Service is a 4 star. The best and only awesome thing was the salsa for chips. The rice was good but I will not come back here.
Had a great experience here Victor was on point with the customer service. The chapala fejita was amazing would recommend to anyone. Will be back again.
Chicken Taco salad is great the bowl is a shell you eat, you can get beef or shrimp if you like.Service is excellent and very nice servers I just really think it's came a long way in just a year.Almost seams not the same place impressive improvement. Sweet ice tea is pretty good there and refilled as needed perfect birthday or date or family place.
1. Spinach dip was disgusting. Literally brown and watery. Like it was heated up in a microwave 2. Entre was literally just supposed to be chicken fajitas with peppers, onion and mushroom. It was not hot, literally soggy and mushy. It was supposed to come with refried beans and rice but it was just rice. 3. The internet went out and they literally could only take cash. I was thoroughly disappointed. My husband's food was decent but we both agreed it's not even worth the money because the service sucked.I'm telling you go somewhere else.El servicio aquí era terrible y la comida era peor. Was very disappointed in the service. Sat their for 10-15mins before they even brung chips and salsa and wasn’t busy at all. Had to ask for refills and the check when we was clearly done eating. Waitress had only a few tables and checked on us twice… on top of that the food really sucked that night! Definitely won’t be going back here. The lack of customer service ruined it for me..
The worst service ever, if I could give zero stars I would. We were seated and our drink order had been taken. We waited about 15-20 minutes holding our menus and obviously looking around for someone to take our order or even acknowledge us. Other guests that arrived after us were getting service but it seemed we were invisible! When we finally got irritated enough to stand up and leave then someone came…too little, too late! I will never be going there again. Work on your customer service and communication between servers!
